Check in was easy. The place was spotless. Enough utensils to do anything you can imagine. Smoker is awesome and easy to use. Nice coffee maker; these hosts think of everything. Good linens, more than enough towels, etc. Porch is great, pedal boat fun, fish the canal is relaxing. Close to a walking/bike path. Close to beaches, restaurants, Michigan Adventure

We were so fortunate to be able to stay here! The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, had a well stocked kitchen and served all of our needs. My grandson loves to fish and basically just walked right out the door and he was catching all kinds of fish. The owners were amazing to work with, were immediately available if we needed anything. Overall, this was a relaxing and very pleasant experience for my family and myself. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Wonderful house

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted and then some. The hosts were very friendly and very quick to respond. Beautiful home, great vacation!

So nice having our boat right out back, spending the day on the water, then coming back to grill, play yard games, have a fire and enjoy the beautiful home. We definitely would like to do it again next year! Hosts have absolutely everything you would ever need and are so nice and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing!!!

Wonderful!

Absolutely all you could ask for - helpful and prompt host, clean and comfortable home, great location for all the fun in western MI! Our family enjoyed the use of the paddle boat, kayaks and outdoor games. They even provided toys and a portable crib for the 1 year old. Kitchen was well stocked too! Master bathroom is a little on the small side but sleep number bed more than made up for it!

Unforgettable Thanksgiving.

Words cannot describe our stay. They just won’t do justice to property. We had the best Thanksgiving of our lives. Home felt just like that Home. Very clean, everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving. Host was very accommodating. There is noise from road but it isn’t even anything to even be concerned about. Host has supplied fans and Alexa pods if this is a problem. Thank you Melissa and Brandon. We will be back.

Spring Lake waterfront home on Markers Cove

My wife and I spend 10 days / 9 nights vacationing here mid-September – the longest we have ever been away from home, and we loved our time here and the location! The home was spacious and clean and looked to be newly remodeled and decorated. We made great use of the deck and outdoor dining table, as well as the fantastic long porch overlooking the water. The owners were very accommodating and anticipated our needs. I even caught several fish with the home just feet away from the water. This location was perfect for us
 near many fantastic restaurants, from fine dining to breakfast, breweries and a distillery in town. We recommend Anna’s for breakfast, the duck with Michigan cherries at the Arborean Inn, the sausage egg rolls and wine selection at Two Tony’s, the lake view at Noto’s, the fun atmosphere at Sandy Point Beach House, and too many other great places to name. Great shopping down town Grand Haven. And
 we had a nice drive to East Lansing where we attended MSU football games on consecutive weekends. Oh
 and numerous places with wonderful hiking – Rosy Mound Natural Area is a must if you like trails; it is one of the most beautiful trails we have ever been on. A gem of a find and stay! John & Deb

Highly Recommend!

The owners are great with easy communication. The home is better in person and it felt like a home not a pieced together rental. The owner took lots of time to make the house comfortable and it was really appreciated. House smelled great too! You will not be disappointed. There is noise from the highway when you’re in the bedrooms but their Alexa can play music to drown out if needed.

Perfectly equipped, gateway to fun on the water in Spring Lake

Our family rented this home for its lake access and ability to tie up a boat. It was all of those things and more! There are lots of fun water toys and our kids loved the paddle boat, kayaks and SUP. We had a rainy day one day of our stay and the house was incredibly comfortable to hang out, watch movies and relax in. This home was the cleanest VRBO rental we have ever stayed at. It was well equipped and was clearly well maintained by Melissa and Brandon. They were excellent hosts and responded very quickly to any of our questions and made us feel very welcome. Check in and check out was simple and allowed our family to immediately feel at home.

Friendly and well appointed

Clean, clean, clean. From the kitchen to the bathrooms the place is very well appointed with all the gadgets, towels, bedding, box fans for white noise...you would need for a comfortable stay. The Traeger smoker/grill was fantastic. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boat. The owners/hosts were friendly and attentive. Did I mention clean - LOL

Fam Vacay Success!

This property was perfect for our vacation with grown children and significant others. Even our fury friends had a great time. The home was clean, well maintained and had all the things you need to cook and stay comfortably. There were outdoor games that we enjoyed with plenty of room to play, kayaks to use with life vests and a fire pit for roasting and late night talks. The neighborhood (and neighbors) were very nice. Even on a holiday weekend on the lake it wasn't too crazy. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were exceptionally clean and plenty of room inside and out for 7 adults to coexist for an entire week. Perfect size kitchen table for eating together and playing games. Additional counter space gave people options. Living room seating and TV were perfect for epic video game battles! The porch is definitely a gem. Great location very close to Grand Haven, beaches and sand dunes, the Grand River, and a day trip to Saugatuck for shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

Amazing rental!

We stay at VRBOs frequently across the US and this rental was easily in our top 3. The rental is very clean, well maintained, well stocked with everything you need, and is beautifully decorated. The property is centrally located to Lake Michigan, many nearby attractions (such as Gold Rush Indoor Waterpark which was our favorite!), the grocery store and restaurants. The hosts had excellent communication and it's obvious that they have pride in ownership. We will definitely be back and would love to visit in the warmer months so we can enjoy the kayaks and paddleboat. Highly recommend and if the owners ever decide to sell this property, please let us know as we would be interested in buying it (this is how much we loved it there!)!

Was clean and spacious. Location was good and we were close to Grand Haven and family, our married children stayed with us and there was plenty of room. Everything worked fine in the house and everyone had a king or queen bed. Over all it was a nice place to stay.
