The location was great. We were able to walk to the restaurants and shopping. The park entrance was less than seven minutes by car. The rooms were clean and attended to daily. The staff we interacted with were helpful and had great customer service skills.

Booked king room, got a double queen, and had to keep it due to unavailability. They had to come fix the air conditioner. Smelt like sewer outside terribly. Had no hot water for a shower at one point. Mountain View room had no Mountain View.

The Hyatt Place Springdale is well-situated in town - close to great restaurants and shopping. It is adjacent to shuttle stops that take you around town and to the Zion National Park shuttle. The hotel is beautifully-decorated throughout. Our room was good size with upscale furnishings, huge television, and large bathroom. We had a stunning view from our room of the red rock formations. Daily breakfast provided a diverse choice of items, and we enjoyed it each morning of our stay. The coffee was surprisingly good!
