Memorial Day Weekend

Overall a good stay. The breakfast service was good for the first 2 days. Monday , there were a lot of empty items needing restock. Also they had no milk. The hotel was relatively clean. It felt very dark in the room and hallways. The pool and hot tub worked well.

They almost runied my daughters birthday. They don't rent to locals and didn't say anything until it was tine to check in. Had no problem taking my money immediately even tho I had the pay later option. I get I used a 3rd party site but that should be clearly stated before booking, before paying, confirming. Something. Had to stand in the parking lot and book with the hotel across the street.

Excellent staff. They were highly attentive to our request and needs. Only complaint, pull out couch mattress was worn and uncomfortable, so we had to rethink our sleeping arrangement. Just a minor issue, but we had a wonderful stay.

Our trip got extended and the desk staff was wonderful to work with. Everyone who we encountered was extremely friendly and super polite. My 16 month daughter loved staying here as well. The pool was comfortable warm to enjoy.

Charged 5 times!

Went to the convenience, store and bought some snacks. At first, we were double charged. Whenever they said they were going to give us a refund the first time they charged us a third time. The next day we called back and talk to someone new who charged us a fourth time. We are now to time five so we’ve paid somewhere in the ballpark of $80 for $16 worth of snacks. I would suggest paying any extras with cash if you’re going to stay here
