Carpets were worn bedskirt was dirty. Bathroom ceiling was peeling the bottom of the door in the bathroom and gotten wet and it was peeling. Never anyone at the front desk needed a complete overhaul.

As business man, I originally need Wi-Fi every night and there is no Wi-Fi here it’s not working and it was not on your website telling me that is no Wi-Fi now I’m stuck in the room. I cannot do any work. It’s very bad for me and I have to wait until tomorrow night. It’s really bad.

We liked our room just not the location. We had travel all day. It was buy a strip of street that went between us and a gas station and motorcycle used it for a racing strip.

Overall it was a nice hotel. There were a few minor things in the room that could use some simple maintenance but they were noticeable. The breakfast was better than expected. The pool was small and the water was chilly but kids had fun swimming.

Staff was very personable and check-in was easy. Prompt in receiving a blanket which I had requested. Only down-side was a very noisy air conditioner. Breakfast was good with the attendant keeping food available and also facilities clean.

First room the sink filled up & wouldn’t drain. We switched to a different room. In 2nd room, after we had gone to bed, the toilet leaked and flooded bathroom floor. Tried to call front desk but phone didn’t work, so went to front desk. They came up to look at the problem. We then had to move to our 3rd room. Overall, felt all rooms were not clean and hotel not well maintained. The lobby area looks nice and appears to be clean but the three rooms we were in not clean/maintained. Would not stay here again and probably not choose this chain elsewhere based on this stay.
