Rejuvenating

It was a relaxing experience but yet was disappointed and mis led 1 of the reasons i choose D - Hotel and Spa was for the Sauna - steam room and it was no where mentioned it was by appointment only and their was a fee and a time limit it came across as a normal sauna- steam room generally open to the public with the same poor and hot tub hours other than that i had a wonderful time and came home very rejuvenated and my massage was a first time experience and it was amazing thank you again i so needed this and will return and just book ahead for my sauna visits! !

The elevator may be the slowest one in western MA, Also, the king size bed was not as comfortable as I remember from previous stays. The staff there are all terrific!

Great place to stay overnight or for a few days.

A wonderfully quaint but clean hotel property that fit my needs as I attended a business conference in Springfield. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I would certainly stay here again. I especially want to come back and try their restaurant.

Overall hotel was fine for our needs. Housekeeping was perhaps a bit of an issue. I don't feel as though we were left with sufficient towels, with the exception of 1 night and the tissue wasn't replenished. Our room was left open after housekeeping was through and after reporting this to the desk, we were left with the impression that we'd get a response from the GM, but we never did. I would stay again if the need arose, but this was for an emergency situation at our home and this was the closest property - it wasn't for vacation, so it was a stressful time overall. Breakfast was great every day - thanks for that! And Noah was very helpful and polite as well.
