We did not go on the trip and stay at the Hampton Inn Hadley-Amherst for two reasons: one, when we booked the reservation, the dates somehow got messed up; and two, 3 out of 4 in our party were dreadfully sick. But when we tried to cancel, we ran into obstacles at every turn.
