Very loud refrigerator kept me up throughout the stay. Ironing board fell apart when I tried to open it. The tub drained very slowly so there was ponding for every shower. Very nice people!

BEWARE THE PARKING FEE (And the repair work).

The hotel had been having water leaks (someone said) and there were extremely loud fans going everywhere, making checkin difficult and unpleasant. I could hardly hear the woman behind the desk and my hair was getting blown Ll over the place. Worse than that was when I discovered the nightly parking fee was $50.00. The room was quiet, being situated away from most of the fans. It was also a very elegant and comfortable room. I liked it very much.

The customer service was great. The room was moderately clean. There were crumbs on the counter in the kitchenette area as well as on the floor under the desk. I did not like that the water would not get hot in the bathroom sink. The temp of the water in the shower was ok. Overall it was a decent stay. Very convenient location.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. There was a issue with the water system in the hotel the first night of my two night stay. During this time the water in the building was turned off. That was the only inconvenience I encountered during my stay.

Unfortunately, there had been a leak in the hot water tank so there were fans blowing in the lobby and the hallways by the room. When I shut the door to the room, it was quiet. The breakfast was good with multiple options. The room was clean and spacious.

I absolutely loved staying here from the time of check-in. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. Very kind and courteous this location is very close to the interstate. It is right in the middle of a ton of shopping and grocery stores even sub within walking distance making it very easy to get what you need. Only downside was one elevator was working, which caused some patrons to be frustrated. I will definitely be staying here again.
