Great hotel for our family. Clean room. Fun pool and nice breakfast. Would stay here again. The only thing that was a downside was our poolside room sliding door on the ground level didn't lock. Would be 5 star if so.

The microwave was broken. Lights needed attention you don’t want to call front desk at midnight to get these fixed! The rest of amenities were as AWSOME as remembered thanks for still being in business

The tv didnt work, the refrigerator didn't work well, the hostess at the restaurant wasn't that friendly, you cant eat pizza there? But what if the parents want to order from the menu and the kids want pizza? The pool must of had 50 kids in it and only a handful of adults, its almost like someone brought a bus load of kids to the pool and they didnt leave all day... not a good experience, i wont come back ever again. It was very clean, so the cleaning staff deserves a 5/5 but the hotel as a whole just wasnt worth the price..

The room was nice as always, staff is really pleasant and welcoming. Only issue we had is there was they told us to come check in at 2 that room was ready and when we got there , it was not. We waited 2 hours to get in. Overall we will be back again ..
