I actually would like a refund. The room that I got the water in the shower wouldn't drain and the water was also luke warm not quite hot at all. So my showers in the middle of this winter were cold and on top of that i had to tolerate standing water. Disgusting!

Our room was very clean. The breakfast was good with good assortment of choices. The lobby was a good place to hang out and have a cup of tea and work. My only complaint is the pool water was cloudy and had a strong smell of chloramines. They need to work out the chemical balance and do daily checks. Other wise it was a pleasant stay.

Tru's are always modern and clean, love the coffee bar in the lobby, plus the foosball tables, board games and pool provide great entertainment for kids. The breakfast was good and the rooms are spacious and comfy.

My room was on the end closest to the highway, it was pretty loud. I had to turn the fan on to try and drawn it out. I also found the hot water wasn’t hot enough for my liking.

Wonderful evening staff at the front desk for my late check-in, very dog-friendly, and room was spotless! Only negative feedback is the blanket $75 pet fee. Pretty steep charge for one night with a 10 lb dog.

Don't waste your money

The pool did not look clean so we decided not to use it. Also the pool hours were 9am to 9 pm where most hotels with a pool stay open til 11 pm. The room was decent but very small for the amount of money that we paid and the TV was large and the bathroom also was decent. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety and my stomach still hurts from eating it. A nice young man did let us check in early. Considering the amount of money that we paid, I will never ever stay there again.

At 3 AM in the morning, two people were outside fighting. Woke me out of a sound sleep. It’s right on the main road as well and you hear trucks all night. The person above us was very loud on the floor. Not sure if it was the floor or the person
