Very nice and convenient. The voucher for breakfast was great and the food selection was excellent. We appreciated the upgrade to poolside with one exception, at 4:00 AM people were in the pool screaming and loudly laughing and talking enough to wake us up, I’m sure others rooms similar to ours shared the experience. This went on for a while 20 minutes plus. Perhaps locking down access to the pool after hours should be considered.

Staff was very helpful, we had made a reservation for two rooms and then later made another reservation for one more room but mistakenly booked it for the day before. When we arrived they just moved our reservation for that room to the day we needed.

Breakfast buffet was excellent ($15 adult). Every time I'm in town for a Springfield Cardinals game I always stay at this hotel because its within walking distance of the stadium. The king size bed was so comfy.

Not worth the price tag

Very friendly staff, indoor and an outdoor pool. Not very clean- lacking attention to detail. Hair in tub, spilled stuff on floor, ripped couch, torn up carpet, non smart tv, TV has lines due to about to go out. Bed lumpy and dips, did not have the room we booked, moved us to another room that was not accessible. Had to use lobby bathroom for wheelchair accessibility. And so much more…
