My family (kids 3 and 6) loved our stay at Jayson's RV while exploring King's Canyon and Sequoia. Jayson is a great host! The RV was comfortable and very well equipped. The kids loved meeting Millie the goat and the friendly local dogs and exploring the area. Easy access to the parks and necessities, would definitely stay again if and when we are back in that part of California.
Very nice stay, loved the camping vibe and super nice host. Only thing is that I wish the check out process could be done remotely, but you need to meet up with the host to leave the gate.
Jayson couldnât have been friendlier, meeting us at the gate to the property and showing us all the tips and tricks for our RV stay. The property feels very safe, with a locked gate to the lane and second locked gate to the property. The fresh eggs were delicious. A fun alternative to a hotel for the kids, without sacrificing comfort and amenities.
This was our 1st time staying in an RV and we had a great time. Jayson was a great host. He provided us with fresh fruit and eggs which was a nice surprise. The location of the RV is perfect for visiting Sequoia Natâl Park and Kings Canyon. It was really hot during our visit so the swamp cooler came in handy. The RV was a nice size for our party of two and we enjoyed our time doing the RV life. If we are ever back in the area, we would enjoy staying there again.
Thanks for everything, Jayson!
Everything was perfect. Jayson was the type of host that anyone would ask forâcouldnât have been better! Canât wait to return next time, thank you!
Thank you Jayson for allowing us to stay in your Off Grid RV. It was super clean and very very comfortable!! Especially the bed! My husband and I both had a great nights sleep. We loved the ambience with all the lights in the evening. We really enjoyed dipping in the pool this morning before we had to head out. We loved watching the cows waiting for their water too. We wish we could have stayed longer! This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place to stay while in the area. We will definitely be back! We want to explore more!! Thanks again for a great evening!
Best Wishes,
Myke and Leanne
This was a fun way to stay close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. You have to understand you are staying in an RV, not a hotel room. With that understood, it was wonderful. Plenty of room for two of us. We could store groceries to pack our lunch, spend the day hiking and come back to make a simple dinner. The host is lovely, attentive to any needs or questions, but lets you be as independent as you like. He provided thoughtful touches like Keurig coffee pods and fresh eggs. His tutorial on the RV is super helpful upon arrival and we felt like pros even with no prior RV experience. Bear Mountain Pizza is delicious and close by if you don't feel like cooking. Would definitely stay there again.
My daughter and I stayed 3 nights. While she hiked in King and Sequoia National Parks, I worked at the trailer for 2 days. Internet was great and I enjoyed working truely remote. The grounds are wooded with a stream right next to the trailer. One morning all of the sheep came down and Nala really enjoyed watching them. Thereâs a Dollar General right down the road which was very convenient. Jayson was a great help with explaining everything at check in. Very quiet and relaxing location.
What a fun place to stay! Jayson left us fresh eggs (that were delicious!) and a huge bowl of amazing grapes- thereby providing breakfast for us for both days of our stay! The RV had every thing we needed and Jayson walked us through everything we needed to know. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!
The rv worked out nicely for what we needed which was a 2 day visit to Kings Canyon and Sequoia NPâs. The location was within a good driving distance to each; rv was clean, stocked with kitchen basics and Keurig complete with coffee was also a nice touch. Queen bed was very comfortable; pull-out sofa ok for kids probably. If you sleep with windows open the rooster crows at dawn! đ Jayson was very kind and responsive when needed and explained the rv adequately if youâre a newbie to that type of stay. Bring your tv apps if youâre a tv person (which weâre not). Overall the rv stay served our needs perfectly. Thank you for a nice stay Jayson!
Jayson is a fantastic, welcoming host! The RV was well set up with everything we needed including fresh farm eggs for breakfast in the morning. We arrived late and in the morning it was a wonderful surprise to wake up to crickets chirping and the buzz of the many hummingbird species flying around just outside the RV. Our only regret was not booking more than 1 night!! Thanks Jayson, if we are back your way weâll definitely be booking again!! Highly recommend this experience!
The host is awesome, the trailer is cute, well kept, and fully stocked! After long days of hiking the cool off tub was a total bonus too!! Super safe behind locked gates.
This was a great place for a small family (2 adults, 2 kids). We liked it better than most hotel rooms. Jayson is a very responsive host. We also enjoyed hearing the frogs and creek, and got to meet all the goats one morning. The place really had everything we needed and more.
