Charming Chalet in the center of Mont Blanc! You are perfectly situated to ski-in & ski-out onto the Mont Blanc Mountain! In the summer you will enjoy the peaceful patio just a few steps from the pool, hot tub, and beautiful beach!

Wether you`re looking to take a family vacation, or for a remote working trip, this is the location for you!

You can ski straight out of the condo, it`s on the side of Versant Faustin, directly on the Panda track!

In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

*We do not provide any firewood or propane.*

We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!

We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout.

-NO PETS: 300$ PENALTY FEE
-ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE: Immediate eviction from the chalet

- Please be aware of our neighbours, no loud noise allowed after 9pm
- Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.

All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)
