I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. Can't believe My new phone cable and charger lost in the hotel room. The reception staff were polite and tried to help.
They told me clearner working with them years.
I think was my fault. I should keep my stuff with me all the time.
One if the staff went above and beyond when asked about laundry. She was amazing. She was also upset.to mearn that cleaning staff had left the dirty towels holding the door of our room open when we had checked in. She picked them up and took them away.. My husband really enjoyed the course. Due to the gale force winds he was not able to golf the 2nd day and he was disappointed. But that can be Scotland!. Due to the winds a brace should be available to keep windows open. A small feidge would be nice :)
Booking confirmed with Expedia for 5/24 - 5/27. On 5/26, the front desk reported an issue with the credit card on file. I became aware of this around 2:30pm 5/26 and immediately resolved the issue. Front desk made father pack his belongs and exit the room. In turn, I was told to pack and exit and they said our checkout was 5/26. Offering no other room option. Traveling from the United States, staying in Scotland, this property could not have cared less. Highly recommend against staying at this hotel.
