I mean where do I start. The property was great and updated. Literally across the street from the beach. The house had beach chairs, umbrellas and a little dolly to walk everything over to the beach. I’ll definitely be adding this to my favorites and coming back. Thanks again. Maya the host is bomb.

Fantastic Stay—Comfortable, Clean & Perfect Location!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental in St. Augustine Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet still quiet enough to unwind in peace. Highly recommend staying here! We can't wait to return.

Short Spring Break

We only went for 2 nights. The place was as described. I was uncertain about the washing/drying and there is one-just downstairs. One weird thing I really liked is the simple decorations and that there was still space for my suitcases, etc. And a central location by the door we used to leave the key.

Everything about this ad for beach cottage rental was on point! Had the fortunate of meeting our host as well, who was nothing but hospitable, communicative and took care of the property. Being a block away from the beach and walking distance to many beach things, Maya made our stay very accommodating.

Maya was awesome! The property was super clean and well appointed. Great location. Live blues at Cafe 11 just across the street. Walk to the beach. Maya even worked with us on check in time. Saved this one for return visits. 5 stars all around.
