Great getaway!

Everything about our stay was first class. It was our anniversary. I pre-arranged flower, and champagne, delivery. It was in the room when we arrived. Guest services were polite, and efficient. The valet, and bellhop, service was excellent. Nearby restaurants, and attractiions, made visiting simple. We will stay here again.

Overpriced room of average comfort and amenities. Expensive dining with limited choices in house, expensive parking and hotel fees with no value added made our stay at Casa Monica Resort feel less than special. Our room was taken care of during our stay but the staff forgot to offer us their complimentary welcome champagne and did nothing to otherwise make our stay better.

We really liked this property for its location and historic part of St. Augustine. The one (huge) draw back to our stay was the incredibly LOUD HVAC system in our upgraded room. It was like a freight train coming through in the middle of the night. Unfortunately when I told the front desk at check out, they were nonplussed. Not the response
