Wonderful little property. Just steps from the beach. Really on the beat beach block in St Augustine. Perfect size for a couple and a couple of small dogs. Would definitely stay again.

St Augustine getaway from New England winter

The property and its location was fabulous - very short walk over the boardwalk and right onto the beach; easy ride to every place we wanted to see. The property manager was one of the best we have dealt with. Looking forward to returning next year.

Couples retreat

My husband and I and our pet labradoodle enjoyed two weeks in couples retreat and had the best time we’ve ever spent in St Augustine. Always wanted to stay close to the beach. This property is a half block to the beach access. We had very nice weather! The space had everything we needed. The host was always fast to respond to any questions we had .The bed is comfortable and the sheets silky soft. The water heater is on demand so we were told to turn the bathroom faucet on when showering to ensure enough pressure to get enough hot water. That was new to us but then we had plenty of hot water. The street the space is located is close to all of St Augustine Beach shops and restaurants. We had a very nice time and would return if there was availability!

Delightful and Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our week long stay in Couples Tropical Getaway. We could walk to all the places we wanted to go and enjoyed the relaxing time on the spacious 2nd floor balcony. We look forward to a future stay!

Exactly what I needed!

The condo was exactly as pictured and was perfect for what I needed. I was traveling with my Shih Tzu so the private fenced in yard was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet and mere steps from the beach! We utilized the outdoor shower several times a day and managed to keep most of the sand out of the house. Everything you could need was within walking distance and many places were dog friendly.This week of my vacation was perfect but, unfortunately, the second week was riding out hurricane Milton just east of Tampa. I would definitely rent this condo again!! I miss it already.

Was disappointed with the fact that there was insects in the dishwasher, sink and small fly like insects that were bitting . We were covered with bites by the end of our trip Tv control would not work had to buy batteries not costing much but thats not the point. Light bulbs in shower room not working and as a asthmatic person the dust collector above the settee was bad

Great apartment for a week vacation

This apartment is in walking distance to beaches and restaurants and is nice and private. We really loved the front balcony to relax on. The refrigerator is huge and has an ice maker which is nice for rental property! The master bedroom has a nice size closet but lacking a tv which I would’ve loved at nighttime. The host had great communication when we told her the microwave was broken and offered to replace immediately. I do think the cleaners forget to dust under bed etc. My allergies were crazy and when I looked under the bed as we were packing to make sure we weren’t forgetting anything I saw all the dust bunnies. The place also need a professional to come spray for ants. Having previously lived in FL I know ants can be hard to control. Overall minor issues and would definitely stay here again.

30th Anniversary getaway

Check in/out was super simple and we felt looked after as well. The balcony was very relaxing as we enjoyed the breeze out of the direct sun. Overall, we had an amazing, relaxing stay and would recommend to anyone else!

Perfect Getaway for 2!

This 2nd floor apartment was just the right size for the 2 of us. Nice front porch to relax on out of the sun. Comfortable bed and couch. So nice to have laundry right there in the apartment. Kitchen was very efficient and had everything we needed. The only drawback was we were very close to the beach access, but the walk from the wooden steps to where you set up beach chairs was a bit far in the sand for someone like me with bad knees;(. Otherwise it was a beautiful setting in a nice neighborhood. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

Everything about this property is perfect!

Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10–12-minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. The unit offers a private courtyard and balcony – wonderful places to enjoy the beautiful FL weather! We made use of the beach chairs and outdoor shower too. The unit was very clean, and all the appliances worked. It is decorated in a coastal vibe. It was nice to have access to Wi-Fi and the Roku TV. Lauren was very responsive to my questions. Her check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and detailed (thank you!) She also checked in with us, via an email, during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We hope to make it back to St. Augustine Beach some day and would love to stay at this property again!

2 minute walk, and you're on the beach

Great for a couple. Everything you need in the kitchen, and for the beach too! We had a couple days out of our week with spotty weather, and it was nice to be able to pop over to the beach or back, and use the patio as the weather changed. Host is very responsive.

Perfect Stay in St. Augustine

My husband, Cavapoo pup and I enjoyed a wonderful five days at the “Couples Retreat”, just steps from the Atlantic Ocean at St. Augustine Beach. The rental was equipped with everything we could possibly need and had a bed that was super comfy. The location is close to A Street where restaurants/bars were within walking distance. This 2nd floor cottage could pose a challenge for those who cannot manage steps. We preferred the privacy and street view it offered in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you Lauren for your excellent communication throughout the reservation process and check-in. It was a memorable stay in a beautiful city.
