Beautiful place, especially if you want to be close to everything; you just have to go downstairs and you'll find shops and restaurants. The main street is just a few meters away. We will definitely stay there again; it's perfect.

Great location! Just go down the one flight of stairs and you’re in the middle of the stores and restaurants of old St Augustine. Despite this proximity it was very quiet at night as the shops below closed at 5 or 6. We would definitely stay again.

This was the prefect location for our long weekend stay. The place is super cute and clean. We absolutely loved it. It was so close to so many of our favorite spots on St. George Street. Kelly and the team were very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Passing through

Everything in the studio was just as advertised, really convenient to just leave your car parked and walk to all the shops down below or utilize the shuttle train that has about 22 stops throughout St Augustine with a guided tour. After the tour you are able to continue to hop on and off and utilize it as public transportation for the rest of the day until 5:00 p.m. which was awesome! Would definitely stay here again, but longer than a couple of days, since we were just passing through.

Fabulous Location

The studio was located steps away from everything but tucked back away from the noise. Having a parking spot was ideal. We barely used our cas as mostly eveything (restaurants and attractions) was walkable from the apartment. Our place was clean and comfortable with great communication from owners. Would highly recommend.

Great little studio in the historic district

This was perfect for us. We wanted a place that was walking distance to everything and this was just that. We could open the door on the balcony and hear the music from St George Street, and close it and it was nice a quiet. The management company was the most responsive I have ever dealt.

Great Getaway!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is perfect. The unit is just off St. George street so you do not get the noise from the street. Once we parked our car, we never used it until time to leave as it is easy to walk to everything. The porch on it was nice and we were on it a lot as it is pretty private. The bedding was super comfortable!

Had not been for two things, I would rate this a 9/10. 1) Room had not been cleaned upon initial check-in. Spoke with property manager who quickly corrected the issue. However, not a good first impression. 2) The door key lock was not functioning properly. Very difficult and frustrating to open. Finally had to get and use a physical key to get easy entry into the room. After that, everything was great.

Overall Amazing!!!

From the very beginning of our stay ,starting with booking all the way to checkout, this was absolutely a great experience. The location was incredible- steps away from everything but at the same time tucked away in a quiet area. We were VERY pleased with how clean the property was. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VRBO.
