Room faucet handle broken, water pressure poor in bathroom, hot water poor in shower. Parking fee is ridiculous, stayed there before many times and there was no fee. Pulling up front for check in to front door there are gates blocking access to the parking lot. Making a traffic jam if multiple people are checking in. Those gates need to be moved further down . Staff was very nice, and a nice breakfast. Room coffee was awful but that’s par for the course in hotels, but maybe Hampton could do better.

When we arrived they told my husband they upgraded our room from x2 Queen beds to a king and pull out sofa bed. First off, it wasn’t an upgrade… we came with our child and I felt so bad making him sleep on the pull out bed because you could feel every spring and there was no cushion to the mattress. Secondly, there was never any hot water. It didn’t matter how long you made it run or whether it was the shower or the sink… cold water at all times. The A/C never got cold. There is a thermostat on the wall that you can not operate but there is a cooling fan system by the window. I cranked it down to 70 and then 69 and it never got cold. I woke up sweating. Lastly, some other people were staying at the hotel who brought their dog and the dog barked all night long, I’d have thought they would have someone go say something to the people about their dog but it never happened. I don’t recommend this place.

There was not enough choices for breakfast. I have a dairy allergy so I had a hard time getting things I could eat. I would have liked hash browns,sausage,bacon and a fruit salad.
