Quiet residential neighborhood. very walkable and bikeable. Feel free to bring or rent a golfcart. MUST ONLY have 3 cars to avoid ticketing Separate parking lot 1 mile away for trailers. Aunt Kates on the intercoastal water way close by. Aunt Kates and city pier available to bring your boats or kayaks (Again-- CANNOT park on the street so car count includes trailer)
Golf Carts, biking, walking, Uber/Lyft, or driving is all friendly in the area. Parking downtown is best at the Visitor center garage.

Strict quiet hours: 9am - 7am no loud music or noise at any time. We must respect neighbors
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
🚨 City ordinance enforced – noise, parking, and trash violations will result in fines, which are the guest’s responsibility. CITY REQUIRES signed guest agreement which will be sent to you the week of your stay. Agreement includes items listed here. (Just like checking into a hotel )
🚗 Parking & City Regulations
Strict parking rules apply – park only in designated spaces to avoid towing or fines.
All trash must be fully bagged and placed in the designated receptacle.
Thursday Night Trash Reminder: Please place the bin at the curb for Friday morning pickup, and return it close to the home after collection.
🐾 Pet Policy
Up to 2 approved pets allowed – a valid credit card must be on file before check-in.
Leash laws are strictly enforced – pets (including service animals) must always be under owner control.
Please rinse pets off before entering the house to avoid additional cleaning fees.
🏊 Pool & Propane Use
Pool heating & additional propane use require extra fees. Fees are based on usage and length of stay.
In hot summer months or when using pool heat, please add water to maintain the proper level to keep the filter running.
Lawn & pool care may occur during your stay based on weather conditions, but will not interfere with your visit.
🚫 No Towels or Laundry on Front Railings
Towels & laundry must be placed on the backyard railing only.
🕙 Departure | 10 AM Strict Checkout
All trash must be bagged and removed.
Run the dishwasher before leaving.
Return all items to their original locations.
Please notify us of any issues that need attention before checkout.
🚨 Strict Policy on Alcohol & Smoking , Vaping Unauthorized Guests
Underage drinking, Any Smoking or Vaping and parties are NOT allowed.
Violations will result in fines starting at $1,000 and/or immediate removal without a refund.
