Room was wonderful and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The location was at the heart of everything. However, the $40 valet parking daily is robbery. The hotel makes tremendous margins at close to $500/night. To charge such a large amount is ridiculous.

Very inconvenient to go into the property people where blocking the entrance to go to the parking lot we had to go around with traffic to wait for hotel staff to help us go into the property. Our room facing the bay had a very strong boiling shrimp. Very unpleasant to spend the holidays. Our family did not had a great time due to the conditions and inconvenience.

The room was in excellent shape when we arrived. Had to wait a little while until the room was ready but check in was at 4pm and the room was ready by 4. Staff was very efficient and knowledgeable.

The room was spotless. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was spectacular and very filling with really good options. They also have a bar that opens at night. Pool is not very big but very nice and clean area. We were not able to enjoy it due to already being chilly as we went in the month of November. Everything is at a walking distance. Make sure you pack comfortable walking sneakers or shoes. They also have valet parking, but with a daily additional fee. Still convenient because you can use your car to drive around and return as many times as you wish during the day. I would recommend this place.

Cleanliness of the hotel and associated areas was faultless. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The only complaint was we selected a room on the front of the hotel which resulted in some street noise, but we would select the same room again for the view!
