This was not what we expected at all. We checked in and they didn’t have the room that we booked. The front desk lady was pretty rude, told us they were sold out & nothing they could do. They were unable to help us so we didn’t have the room experience we needed for our family. That made it very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a trainwreck. Overcrowded with very cheap food & not much variety. No real healthy options either. There was no one cleaning the area as people finished to give room for new people. We asked for our room to be made up during our stay but they “forgot” so we had to go to the desk several times to get new towels & other things. This entire stay was awful and they didn’t even try to help. We are very disappointed with Expedia’s ability to rectify the problems and we will remember this the next time we plan a trip.

I get to the hotel and they have valet that I had to pay for even though I had to park my car myself. I walk in the hotel and I didn’t get that clean feeling it was alright got weird smells in every floor or hallway I went to. When I got to my room like I said it was okay, I didn’t get a refreshed clean feeling, lifted my blanket to find stains on my sheets and after a shower stains on my towels. If the stains don’t come out, shouldn’t they be thrown out, how to you serve your guests those and think they’re alright? I just felt icky after trying to be clean. I brought my own pillows and blankets so slept on those, I did not want to touch their sheets. The best part it was 11 pm and the fire alarm goes off, it’s freezing cold out because it’s end of November and no one let us know it was okay to go back in. We were out there 20ish minutes before a lady called the front desk to see if we can go back in and got the okay. Who knows if we never called how long we would be waiting. I also don’t know whats a hotels fire drill policy, are we suppose to call? When we went back in we were told it was a false alarm and the front staff brushed off our questions. Breakfast in the morning was okay, not great. I will not be staying here again.
