My unit had a front screened porch and a balcony out back. Best deal in the St Augustine area bar none! Available by water too. So much more than a hotel room. Excellent competitive rates. I have been here many times and love it always.

The unit was very nice. It is not within walking distance to town, but, it had a great lanai over looking the water and it was nice to be able to get away from the crowds. The is a small coffee shop next door. The woman at check in was very helpful. We would definitely book here again.
