Room was fine. They stick you with a $22 a night parking fee. Since when do you have to pay for parking at the hotel you paying a room for? So Expedia says no hidden fees is not true.

Ground floor rooms were clean and comfortable and price was good for the December time of year when St Augustine has their Nights of Light Festival.

The deluxe king room is spacious with updated decors. The bed is comfortable but the frame is noisy everytime you get in or out of the bed. Room has coffee maker, hairdryer, mini fridge and a microwave. Overall it is very clean but some areas are a bit dusty. Sink is separate from the commode and shower which is nice. Front desk person is helpful and very accommodating. There is no elevator for 2nd floor rooms. When we booked the room, we did not know about the lack of elevator but the front desk was very understanding and gave us ground floor room. Parking is on site for $20 a night. The location is perfect within walking distance to St. George Street, Castillo Fort and all a tourist want to see. Overall it is a good stay.
