The house itself was fine. A few things that would have made it better. The lawn crew came during the stay on a Saturday. This should be scheduled in between guests. There was zero hand soap. Only bars by the showers. One trash bag for an entire weekend dint work. Overall had to supply many things I don’t typically have to provide during stays. The use of the pool would be easier if the notes could be read. The ink has faded.

We had a nice stay. The property is a bit dated and in need of upkeep to improve makeup. We paid full price rental because of the christmas season and were a bit disappointed. The pictures as adversized don't fully reflect the current conditions of the property. A few of the door blinds were broken or torn; We had to place a blanket over one to minimize light coming in the morning. There were a couple of live wasps nests outside the kitchen balcony.On the other hand the property is well located, a few hundred feet from the water walk which was nice. The pool area was nice, we barbequed, and used the jacuzzi and had a great time.

This was the 2nd time staying here for a family reunion. The house has a lot of room for everyone. The house needs some TLC and family didnt think pool was warm enough. 85 degrees.I still would recommend staying here.

Such a disappointment

1 no longer walkable to beach unless you are a billy goat that can climb over a 20’ wall of granite2 pool was green when we arrived - we treated it ourselves so we could swim3 laundry was left in the washer - I had to run towels and sheets from last renter in order to use the machine4 grass and grounds had not been touched in weeks5 rusted car and stinky boat left on property6 not a single clean or comfortable chair on Any of the decks to sit on. 3 were broken and had to be removed. Rest and relax management company was very responsive - they were out the next day to clean the pool and patio area. Just a sad start overall. House needs paint and upkeep. We won’t be back.

great large house a few issues

great house plenty of room only 2 real issues 1. the instructions for heated pool (paid for) very confusing (finally got clear instructions and was given partial refund) 2. there is a step leading to the pool that is the same color as the pool deck. My mother had a bad spill that required stitches it needs to be make that marked to prevent accidents

This place was very disappointing. The house was rundown the yard was unkept, it needed repairs everywhere! Had we not had our adult children and their children with us we would have booked somewhere else.Absolutely Unbelievable.

Nope never again

Tub out of order! Only tub in house! Ants inside and out !pool wasn’t cleaned before arrival they sent someone 2 days later Coffee maker didn’t work but they brought a new one 2 days later and some ant spray! I have rented other properties in Florida and the cleaning fee should cover the whole property not just the inside but she said they don’t clean pool before we checked in for a week! Ok also lots of construction at beach access had to go down a steep hill to get to ocean! This was not in description of property! I understand it’s not in there control but it would have been a good heads up about the construction! This will definitely not be on list of places to stay!

Perfect Family Vacation!!

In the words of my husband as we left this property he said " I think this was our best vacation ever". The propert is very spacious and close to the beach. The property manager was excellent to work with and we will definitly plan on staying again

Awesome place

We loved the house. From the location to the pool and hot tub on the back porch. My boys could walk down to the shore to fish and we werent too far from downtown St. Augustine. There was plenty of room for us to all have our own space when we needed a little nap. It was an awesome vacation.

Great stay

This was such an amazing stay! We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy it. Everything we needed for the beach was there. Beautiful views and so much space. The instructions to enter could have been a little bit more clearer but other than that , no problems.

Great location for a family vacation

The location of the home was perfect for our family, offering a walkable, low traffic beach with amazing sunrise/sunset views and a 15 minute drive to the more populated St. Augustine beach. The home easily a accommodated our family plus a view guests for sleeping arrangements. Neighbors are super friendly.
