We had a wonderful stay at our iTrip property at Crescent Sandpiper Condominiums! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The view was absolutely stunning, and we spent so much time just enjoying it. The living room furniture was also incredibly comfortable, which made relaxing at the end of the day even better.On the day we arrived, we got into town early and reached out to ask about an early check-in. The iTrip team responded quickly and kindly accommodated us. After we settled in, I had a couple of small questions, and they replied within minutes and handled everything right away.The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend both iTrip and this beautiful property, we would absolutely stay here again!

Great view from center of building. Pool clean. Literally only some steps to beach while other buildings have a boardwalk to cross dunes making the walk to sand further. Nice to have 2 full baths with 3 women. Well stocked kitchen for your cooking needs.

Great location, wonderfully convenient access to the beach/pool, and the communication was excellent. However, the floors were not mopped, so my kids feet were black after walking around barefoot (both upstairs and downstairs), and I feel as though for the price, some of the cookware needs to be updated. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to visiting Crescent Beach again.

The overall condition of the condo was nice. The place does not have an elevator so it is not a great place for older people trying to get to and from the beach/pool/parking lot. No in unit washer/ dryer so you couldn’t dry beach towels and the like unless you paid ALOT of money and went up and down the stairs numerous times. Quiet and family friendly community and close access to the beach and pool.

Beautiful beach in a quiet neighborhood

The property manager is very responsive. We had some issues with the property being clean (bed linens appeared dirty and floors dirty), but again the manager was spot on with responding and offering resolution . Ample towels and wash cloths. Access to the beach and pool is wonderful. They have beach toys and chairs. No umbrella was available. Ideal for quiet beach vacation.

From the initial reservation to check out things could not have been nicer. Condo was cute and very clean. Ocean view was incredible and had it been a bit warmer we would have loved the proximity of pool and ocean from this unit. Beautiful skies as the sun rose each morning. Wonderful week away! Great stay!!

Property is in excellent condition, better than pictures. Everything is updated and clean. Located away from the hustle and bustle of St Augustine but still easy to get to everything. Host communicated several times before and during our stay. The beach is white sand and very smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for kids

We had a great week at Crescent Beach. This beach is amazing for kids. It is flat and shallow. The pool was great and easy access to the beach. The grounds were clean and we had no issues. My only advice is PACK LIGHT. There are no elevators or luggage carts. Loading and unloading was a chore. We left all our beach stuff in our vehicle to avoid having to lug it up and down each day. The bugs were terrible at night too. We couldn’t enjoy the pool or our balcony after dark. All locals told us that was uncommon though so hopefully it’s a weather issue.

Comfortable, pretty apartment unit. Everything we needed was there. Loved the easy access to the beach! We had a relaxing week and loved St Augustine. Just be aware that there are stairs involved - getting to the apartment and also to the bedrooms. Not an issue for us, but maybe for others.

Pools freezing cold...

The property is very nice and well manicured. Only issues we had was wife has bad knee and struggled with the stairs.. (Guess that was missed during booking) We also thought the pools were heated,(another miss) and thought a simple solar cover would have easily warmed the children's pool enough to be useable. And on 2nd day, wife washed dishes in sink, we went beach, and I came back to condo to find water all over kitchen floor and sink cabinet. I cleaned it all up and re-attached the main sink drainpipe. Simple process and no more leaks but may want to have that checked. Other than that, was very nice. After we left to Panama City I realized I possibly left my shoes behind. I contacted David and he located and mailed them to me. Very nice guy, matter of fact he even helped me unload a very full car when I first arrived. Thank you David.

Great views!

Ocean House is always amazing! We’ve stayed at this complex several times. Granny’s Rest wasn’t as updated as the other units we have previously rented but it had everything we needed. I was a little disappointed that there was no washer and dryer within the unit itself. Therefore we had to pay to use the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay there.
