This place was so run down and dirty, we didnât last 30 minutes inside. Called hotels.com and the company I purchased the travel protection plan from right away to let them know hotel was inhabitable. Iâm now getting jerked around by Travelocity saying that I need to contact renter for refund. As far as Iâm concerned, hotel.com is the renter, and I PURCHASED ADDITIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION, so I do expect someone to help me with this issue!!!
