Love the beach

Great views of ocean & so nice to have short boardwalk to beach. Location is also great for us. Enough space for all to be comfortable Nice ‘at home’ extras like spices. Bring your own chairs

LOVED IT!!!

We just loved our stay! The beach is just stunning, acres of white sand, great for walking. We spent hours sitting on the oceanfront balcony just watching the waves and sea birds while enjoying the breeze from the ocean. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen well stocked. We hope to return for a longer stay, 4 days was too short.Thanks,

Beautiful ocean view. Conveniently located.

Everything was as advertised. Found all we needed to make ourselves at home. Some trouble operating tvs in bedrooms. Too many remotes and no directions. All in all a great 4 day stay. Be sure to try The Elkhouse right around the corner!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

This was the absolute best house for our family while our daughter had a small beach ceremony. The views were spectacular! The double doors to the patio allowed for ocean waves to relax us day and night. The downstairs was perfect to entertain and play games and watch movies! We did not want to leave!

The house was spotless and beautiful. Ample room with two separate living spaces. Right on the beach with gorgeous views. Close to town. The porch for sunrises and late afternoon drinks is ideal. Two notes: lots of stairs. And the dock to the beach could use refurbishing.

Wonderful Location and lovely home

We were here for a girls' trip, and the house and location were great. It's true to the photos, and the beach access is perfect! The only comment I would make is that it seems unnecessary to go to the management company office first to pick up the packet for entry to the house. We had a cancelled flight that messed up one of our schedules, and I was worried about having to find two places in the dark. All that check-in information could be sent electronically right before check-in. But the house was wonderful, and we would definitely go back!

Wonderful location; awesome house!

Loved the house and location. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, nice bedding and plenty of bath towels. The only negative: could not get ceiling fans to work so spent warm nights in bedrooms. Texts to property manager regarding this issue went unanswered.

You're going to love it here!

This is a nicely updated, well decorated, and well stocked house in an exceptional location. We had rental bikes delivered from Drifters (super friendly and easy) and enjoyed the easy access to the beach via the vehicle access that was 1 block away. The kitchen is big and well stocked - we enjoyed cooking every day. Our only disappointment was the rental manager. As a Premier Host, I expect more. Some examples: 1) I contacted the host in advance to advise that we were traveling in by plane and would arrive after the check-in time and after dark. We went to the office after hours to pick up our packet as instructed only to learn that the house had a key pad - no key necessary. This was an unnecessary stop after a long day of travel. There was no other useful information in the packet. 2) We arrived at the house and it was pitch black. Not a single light on. It was unnerving to navigate and enter an unfamiliar house in the dark. It felt really careless on the part of the host. 3) For all of the other coffee loving (or needing) guests, fyi, there is a Keurig coffee maker although there are no starter pods to get you through the first morning and off to the grocery store - byop. 4) There is no information in the house or in the packet about the hosts recommendations for the area. I'm resourceful, no problem, but again, I expect more from a Premier Host. Bottom line: The house is a gem. Host could be improved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the stunning views from the house and porch. It was a quick and beautiful walk to the beach on the private boardwalk. We would love to return.

Week vacation with family

We had a great time at this place. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and close proximity to everything around the area. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I wish it had was an outdoor grill. We will definitely consider this place again in the future when coming back to St Augustine.

Gorgeous sunrise’s

Just what we were looking for. Off the beaten path with some restaurants and stores within walking distance and short drive to others. Beautiful beach. Great view of the ocean and sound of the waves from the property.Comfortable beds, and like new furnishings. An enjoyable stay.
