We were more than impressed with the house, location and the over all experience. The communication with the host was on point, the kitchen was fully stocked, and George St is a lot closer than you think. We went to the celtic games and had a great view of the St.Patricks day parade from the upper balcony. We will definitely visit this house again in the future!

Great location! Beautiful home!! And Michael was prompt, helpful and accommodating!!! The home is large, clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed and is a short walk from the historic downtown and fort. Would love to stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy all of St. Augustine and the house was perfect! The host was amazing with communication with us and even offered places to go if needed. I highly recommend staying here for comfort and ease to all the sites!

House was charming, well stocked. Easy walk to everything. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Separate upstairs and downstairs HVAC so extremely comfortable. Beautiful stained glass windows throughout home. Not a great choice for elderly guests, the stairs are hardwood and steep/ slick and the living room furniture doesn’t have good back support. For all other adults it’s a great home!

This home offers the perfect Saint Augustine experience. Ample parking for 2 to 3 cars.You will be very grateful for that parking if you intend to visit the night of light celebration downtown. Everything that you want to see in Saint Augustine is no more than a 5 to 15 minute walk to anything downtown.

Very nice property. Well located for activities such as seeing the lights at night. The owners were very responsive to questions and and and clear with expectations. Had no issues with any of the items in the house such as coffee maker, refrigerator, would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice home a short walk to all of the downtown St Augustine features. Overall good stay. If you are light sensitive the lights from the gym across the street light up bedroom through the night. A few more home comforts (glasses or cups, grill, beach towels, etc) would have been nice. Super responsive and nice owners made the process super easy! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, perfect for traveling with pets!

Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Fenced in yard for the dogs. Nice kitchen & baths. The place needs some maintence but very accomodating stay overall. Would definitely stay again!!

Pro’s- Location is amazingFenced in backyard 3 bedrooms all upstairsCon’s-Couches are not comfortable All bathrooms are shared - half bath downstairs and full upstairs Street lights outside of master are bright so if you need total darkness to sleep pick a different roomBecause of great location there is somenoise through nightSteep cleaning fee if you’re only there for one night Extra charge if you exceed the 6 person limit - which is fine but the kids just slept on the floor so bring air mattress. Communication around a potential early checkin was spotty (and early check in wasn’t possible)

Great stay and location!

Great location and very clean! Only advice would be to bring earplugs for sleeping as acorns hitting the tin roof are quite loud on a windy day, but otherwise a fantastic stay!
