Downtown is just a 15-minute drive away!

This condo offers the perfect setting for your St. Augustine vacation, blending convenience, comfort, and charm. The Villas provide fantastic community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a private beach walkover. When you`re ready to explore, you`re minutes away from local dining and attractions like the St. Augustine Pier and downtown.

The house is fully available to guests, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. Please feel free to message me for any questions, recommendations, or needs – I’m here to help make your stay unforgettable!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
