We loved everything about this condo. Was clean, decorated cute. The view was stunning from the two balconies. The property itself was very clean and quiet. Easy access walk out to the pool and the beach. It was close access to grocery stores and restaurants. We stayed over New Yearâs Eve. We could see the fireworks from our location and we Ubered into town for the night of lights. The beach was gorgeous. A lot of natural beauty. I loved this area and this condo and would highly recommend.
The property was clean and very convenient to go to the beach or pool. It is also close to restaurants and not a long drive to get to the historic district. It wasn't a problem, but we were surprised that the bedrooms were upstairs. We knew the condo was on the 2nd floor, but we didn't know bedrooms were upstairs. However, it was nice having a balcony from the upstairs bedroom. We would stay here again.
Very nice property with 2 pools. We enjoyed our stay, looked closely at listing and photos but did not see the condo is 2 stories. Little tough with a busy toddler. Balconies were nice as well.
Biggest complaint did not need a 10 digit code to get in that was a bit much. Also parking not very good when your vehicle is a little larger. Other than that had a great view and close to beach.
Pros:Beautiful condo, well appointed and very clean. Excellent views, and access to pools and beach. Great location.Cons: stair access only to condo! No elevator for luggage and groceries. Condo is two stories. The beds are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Ice maker is loud and disturbed our sleep the first night.
Good location and nice clean Condo. However, when we entered the Condo on the first day, we realized that the Thermostat was not working. It would only select the âCoolâ Mode or the âOffâ Mode but not the âHeatâ mode. I called the support number but was told that they are unable to assist due to the Christmas holidays. The earliest they could send an HVAC tech would be TWO days later. Meanwhile the outside temperature went down to the low 50s on the first two nights. Unfortunately, my family was bundled up under the sheets in order to keep warm while sleeping. Every HVAC service has an emergency number. Unfortunately, Vacasa the Property Manager failed miserably on this front leaving us in the cold for 2 out of the 5 days that we were there. A partial refund was not even offered. Your luck may be better if everything works fine. If it doesnât, the support is horrible. I cannot condone leaving the Heat not working for two whole days. I realize its Florida but the nights can get cool and even chilly especially in coastal north Florida. Good luck for the ride.
