Beautiful, well decorated home! We had everything we needed for our one month stay. Our dog enjoyed having a fenced yard. The owner was very responsive when contacted. We liked the quiet neighborhood and the location to the ocean (easy walk) and the waterway. Very close to downtown St Augustine, shopping and some great outdoor restaurants.

Everything is as pictured! The beach is just a walk down the street and so is our new favorite restaurant. Very easy to check in/out, walk to local spots and very cute decor. The outdoor lounge area was also perfect in the evenings to hang out. The house comes with all sorts of beach essentials and the hosts were very communicative. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here. Wonderful private back yard and cleanest home we have ever stayed in!! The house was so nicely stocked with everything needed when we first arrived. So close to beach and intercostal. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Highly recommend!

The house was clean and nicely decorated, the mattress was a little too firm for me. The hot water had a nasty smell of sulfur/ rotten eggs, my wife was not happy. We figured a way around it due to having family right around the block. The back yard was beautiful but we couldn’t enjoy it due to the neighbors or renters and their large dogs barking at us as soon as we stepped foot outside. Then the case of the breakfast bowl left in the microwave to grow something out of a chemistry experiment. However the location was on the spot as was not having stairs to climb!!I have a feeling that improvement will be made except for the dogs and that’s a shame because it is a really nice area for entertaining outside if you weren’t afraid Cujo was coming over the fence.The weather of course was beautiful and the weather was perfect!

Great property

The house and yard were well maintained, all the amenities were there; open floor plan and they decorated for Christmas! Backyard was fully enclosed for our pups. Only disparaging thing said was one of the queen beds sloped to the middle. Will definitely stay again!

Everything you need beach house

We stayed for a week and loved the house. They have everything you need for beach. We love this area. Short walk to the beach or the river. Short drive into town. My husband really enjoyed the bikes so we could explore the area easily. Loved it!

Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the dog bed and the thoughtful touch of a nice bottle of wine from the local winery. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They provided us with restaurant recommendations as well. Highly recommend!

Charming beach house

We loved this beach house. Very nicely done on the inside with modern up to date features and amenities! The big kitchen and island was perfect! Loved having the clean garage for use or storage. The master shower is a dream and loved that the large closet was inside the bathroom. The backyard and beach hut was wonderful. We loved sitting outside in the mornings and the grassy area was perfect for our little dog Tozer! We will definitely be back.

Perfect!

Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior of this house, located in a small eclectic neighborhood of colorful cottages to multimillion dollar homes surrounded by lush trees & foilage. Once you enter the front door, you will find yourself in a spacious, peaceful, spotlessly clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated coastal retreat! The side yard, backyard & tiki hut(perfect for our granddaughter & her Aunt to create artwork in the evening) were beautifully landscaped and invited relaxation. Everything you could possibly need to feel at home, from the beach towels, games(for inside & out), bicycles & boogie boards, to the comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen showed attention to detail. The host, Keith, responded promptly to my inquiry, prior to booking, even taking a measurement of the doorway to make sure my travel wheelchair would fit and continued to be responsive thru our stay. The whole family enjoyed our stay in this lovely property and we were sorry we had to leave. The bicycles and boogie boards were a hit, the chessboard saw a game every night between our granddaughter & her Uncle and everyone agreed, it was a wonderful place to stay for our mini vacation.

Great place to stay for your St. Augustine Vacation

The property is amazing, clean, well-kept, and great outside. It offers a lot of extras such as bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach and about a 15-minute drive to the Old City of St. Augustine. Restaurants are nearby (walking distance). I will be back, the stay was enjoyable.

The perfect hidden gem


The property is a hidden gem. The property has everything you could ever want. We booked a short stay to celebrate our dad’s 85th birthday, the outdoor area is beautiful, it’s a truly relaxing and a peaceful place to stay. The beach is a stones throw away, and perfect for our furbaby
 I would highly recommend this wonderful property. We will look to book again and for a longer period of time.. it’s an oasis of peace.

“Home” for the Holidays

Vilano Beach Vibes was an excellent stay! Our adult children, 2 dogs stayed and had a blast! We had Thanksgiving/Christmas celebration—Keith & Madison had the house decorated to celebrate the special time with our family—very accommodating. The location is close enough to enjoy all the shopping, sights & restaurants!

Beautiful home

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It is absolutely gorgeous. Access to the beach is at the end of the block. Three nice restaurants within walking distance. They had a dog bed, disposal bags and towels for our pup. Loved the outdoor cabana. Great place for evening cocktails. Hosts were great with their communication and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Spectacular Property

Wonderful property that we would love to visit again in future years. Super clean, perfect location within a 5 minutes walk to either intercoastal neighborhood beach or public beach right up the road. Property owner even had beach supplies to make it even easier to enjoy the stay. Home is beautiful and has such a relaxing feel, and backyard is very nice.

Absolutely Beautifully!!!

We were blessed with the opportunity to stay at this adorable property over the week of the Fourth of July. We absolutely loved staying here and the property was even better than the pictures! Fathers day weekend

Overall the stay was great. Walk to beach was a little long for us seniors (80 years old). House was immaculate. Kitchen was very well equipped. Pots pans, silverware dishes seemed like they were brand new. Outdoor shower terrific for hosing down after beach and getting sand off after. Well equipped with beach stuff. We had 5 adults for a long Fathers day weekend. We wish we could have stayed longer. Plenty of parking and great amenities in the house. Only one suggestion. Kitchen is woefully short on wine glasses.(lol)
