Why do folks love to stay at my beachside home? Proximity to the beach. Super comfortable and clean. And as a host, I do all I can to ensure you have an excellent vacation. Read my guest reviews -- they say it all!

Firstly, the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are set up for comfort, and perfect to host families, blended families and groups of friends (up to 9 ppl comfortably).

AND, our beautiful beachside home is less than 500 steps to a beautiful section of St Augustine Beach, and 60 steps to our beautiful community pool. We're on the Golden Mile, meaning we're in the middle of everything St. Augustine Beach has to offer. Publix is right down the street, we're next door to Fiesta Falls mini golf,

Another very important element - the house is meticulously clean!  I do all the cleaning and maintenance myself to ensure your stay is excellent!  100% cotton bath towels and sheets, extra beach towels, a beach cart and umbrella and a fully stocked kitchen are some of the many comforts you will enjoy.

Also, a full laundry room (with Speed Queen appliances), an upper deck with seating for your morning coffee and watching sunsets, and a covered lower deck with seating to hide from the sun while sitting outside with a libation.

And I really do everything I can as a host to ensure you have an excellent vacation.

The 4 bedrooms have 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, and a double bed, AND there are 2 queen pull out sofa beds, so we can easily and comfortably sleep up to 9-10 guests.

Our community pool is pristine and right outside our front door, and it's never crowded. 

I've mad sure my beds are comfortable - matresses, pillows, sheets, towels - I want you to feel like you're at a resort.
