It was absolutely stunning in St Augustine, the inn we stayed at was a block from historic downtown. Room was clean, it was a fantastic price per night.

In pictures looks decent but when I stayed it was a different ball game walls in our room not painted at all tv for controller didn’t work bed sheets were all stained up including bath towels they left the paper toilet half used looked like someone pooped before we checked in front desk guy was helpful that’s all

Me and my wife liked the convenience being close to the city area of St. Augustine. What we did not like is that we had to change rooms as the first one had a very dirty toilet and bathroom. The second room was not much better. Again toilet and bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper. Found stains on our bed sheets for the bed. We will not be going back and would not recommend people stay at this place.

Very close to shops, restaurants and sight seeing locations. Could walk everywhere, unlike other visits where we needed to drive. Free ice machine. Mini fridge was clean and had a little freezer. When I called, they brought towels right away. Updated floors and bedding. Shower was big and clean, but there was no counter space to open a make up bag and lay it down in the bathroom. We had three lamps, but the lighting was dim. Doors and windows were very old. I will definitely stay here again. The good price and convenience outweighs any downfalls from age.

This is not what you think based on the pictures. The property is run down , we checked in , went to have drinks and food , came back and there was someone else given our room - thankfully we had not brought any on our stuff in the room yet , no one was at the front desk , had to call the number, a guy answered came out unlocked the office- told us he could give us another room and that it was Orbitz fault. Not worth the stay, also looks like they have people actually living in some of the the rooms as well.

The staff was very accommodating. My reservation wasn't showing in their system but they assured me that i would be taken care of, so helpful & pleasent. The rooms were newly remodeled & i loved the location, walking distance to everything we.needed.

Bathroom was dirty on arrival specially the toilet and definitely overpriced, Expedia prices were way higher(double) than other websites on the same day for the same hotel. Very disappointed.

Not a 2 or 3 star hotel

Pictures where a co.plete lie. Room was fairly well remodeled but was not clean. Upon arrival entered a room that was dirty and unmade. At 3pm check in was told "she has not gotten to it will be 30 minutes or so" 2nd room was done but not clean, stains and hair on bed under blanket. Bathroom was dirty and appeared to have not been clean.
