Fantastic Ocean View Condo

This condo is the quintessential "rare find." The front door is a 0.15 mile walk to the beach. The main floor and main master decks have ocean views, and you even have a great view of the beach from the master shower! I would venture that this is one of the most desirable units south of the pier. The whole place--floors, kitchen, bathrooms, beds, etc--was super clean. The bathrooms have been updated nicely, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to eat in. The second master was perfect for the mother-in-law and an extra-special bonus feature of the unit. The whole place is comfortable with private spaces for everyone. The location is perfect--less than a mile down the beach from St. Augustine Beach restaurants and surf shops, and close but not too close to St. Augustine proper which is a bit more lively but very quaint and classy. The whole area from the pier south is pretty quiet especially on weekdays, with plenty of room for everyone on this massive, family-friendly beach. Ideal for long walks, sand castles, and beginner surfers. There is a nice outdoor shower on your way back along the private beach access boardwalk, and the Sea Winds pool is new with a tropical, private vibe. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect and great views of the ocean and only a few miles to the historic district. Condo was clean and well stocked and plenty of bathrooms!!

This is a very comfortable condo with fantastic views of the ocean. The owner was very responsive to texts and helpful with check in and other information, especially useful during Hurricane Nicole. My only suggestion would be to leave a few more trash can liners. We had only one and during 6 days including a hurricane, it's nice to have adequate supplies for basic hygiene.

Perfect location

Great house in a perfect location. Lots to do and the house had a lot of extras available to use (beach chairs, laundry) but you do need to bring trash bags and toilet paper if you’re staying more than a couple of days.

The property itself was very nice - couldn't beat the location and proximity to the beach. Cleanliness was not great - the shower floor looked like it needed a good scrubbing in the master suite. If you happen to look under the beds, very dusty. The fan in the master bed didn't work. The a/c froze up but when I called Rikki, she got someone on site right away and a/c was restored. Aside from the few issues, overall was a very good experience and I would visit again. I'm sure had I communicated to Rikki that cleanliness wasn't up to par, she would have tended to it. I didn't bother to mention it because I didn't want cleaners on site while we were there. Loved the roominess of 3 floors!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this townhome! It was perfect for our 2 sets of adults and 2 kids. Loved the separate master bedroom suite upstairs away from everything. Great location right on the beach. The pool was not as expected and we didn’t end up using it, but that’s at no fault of the owner! Great communication with the owner, Rikki :) Would rent again.

Nice Property with a beautiful location

The property itself was very nice and quite spacious. It was very clean and well stocked and the location was great. It’s a short walk to the beach. The entire complex was well taken care of. The property manager Rikki and the cleaning crew were great We had a 5 o’clock wedding to attend and Rikki and the cleaning crew worked hard to get us in an hour early which gave the ladies in our group enough time to get ready I would definitely recommend this property and we will use it again the next time we visit St Augustine.

The property and location is great !! Two balconies that have ocean views , walkway to the beach and there is a pool . Everything was as advertised , clean and everything we needed . Would definitely recommend!

Super easy check-in and out process. Wonderful location. Great balconies & easy access to beach and pool. Perfect spot for a weekend of R&R. Only lower rating was on cleanliness of one bathroom upon arrival. When mentioned to Rikki she said I should have let her know right away so it could have been cleaned. Rikki is super responsive!

Would return despite a few glitches

Very nice location, views are wonderful & overall, a very nice property. The master TV did not work & the property could have been cleaned better. It was dusty/dirty under furniture (found lots of it when we were trying to determine cause of no tv). Other minor problems--no dishtowels/clothes in the kitchen, resulting in using the roll of provided paper towels to dry & clean. Check-in & property manager. Overall, it's a lovely property & the property manager/agent was excellent. St. Augustine is one of our very favorite places & this location was perfect!! The Festival of Lights was amazing & as you would imagine, the crowds & traffic were huge. But, it is to be expected at this time of year. We would go back to this property.

We love SeaWinds. This unit was clean and had all the amenities. Comfortable with plenty of room for 3 adults and a teen. Fans in every bedroom and lots of storage space. Rikki was very helpful and responsive. We'll try to come back soon.

Girls Weekend!

We picked St. Augustine for our getaway girls trip, because we had never been to that Florida location before. We loved the location of the condo! Easy access to the beach and walk ability to restaurants was great!! Condo was large and spacious! Loved the outdoor patios! The bath rooms were updated nicely! The carpets are very worn, and the light switches didn’t work in the lower level bedrooms. We also had a hard time Turing on the TVs😂. Other then that, everything was terrific and we would stay there again!

Right on beach

The whole rental process was very easy, from check in to check out. The unit is an end unit which is very nice and it’s right on the beach. Unfortunately the balconies are very warm without a lot of cover. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it very convenient and private. We will definitely stay there again!
