We also provide a mini crib for infants.

1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twins (twin beds are in an adjoined suite with a Queen bed)

First floor: 1 Queen bedroom and full bath

Office with desk (office closet is locked for owner storage)

Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and $60 pet fee

Dogs must be under 30 lbs or non-shedding breeds

No German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Dalmatians, Great Pyrenees, Dobermans, or any aggressive breeds

Excessive barking or disturbances may result in cancellation without refund

Dogs may not be left unattended in the yard

A refundable $250 security deposit is collected before check-in

We are in Florida’s sub-tropical climate and routinely spray for bugs, but occasional sightings may occur. Please keep doors and windows closed.
