Our stay at the Beach and Tennis Club was excellent. No problems. Making reservations was easy, followed VRBO directions for key pick up, enjoyed a week of good food, salt life and smiles! Thanks VRBO and thanks Karen!

Overall the property was average, however, we had to purchase an air mattress for the room with the Murphy bed and the sofa bed was not even able to have one person sleep as they fell through. When we arrived , we could not locate towels, but later on found a load in the dryer, wet. With some updates, this condo would be excellent .

Great stay!

We stayed with our 2 kids and had a great time! Our kids don’t like to sleep together, so my son slept on the pull-out couch and everyone was happy. We didn’t cook a full meal while we were there, but the kitchen seemed well-stocked. It was really great to have filtered water at the sink. The pools were nice and one was slightly heated, which was great on rainy afternoons. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was really nice and not too crowded. It was a very quick drive to Kookaburra Coffee, Starbucks, Island donuts and Burrito Works Taco Shop (their UFOs are our family’s absolute favorite). It was also easy to get to downtown St. Augustine. We had friends in other units and was easy to hang out together. Overall, a great place to stay!

Good place to stay

This property is in great location and is very quiet. The Condo itself could use some updates but is nothing terribly bad. The outlets need to be changed. They are all loose. You can tell the owners are doing little things over time to update. Overall we had a great stay.

Great location

Check in was super easy. Code was sent to get keys and info for room. The check in spot is at a seperate location. The condos are almost hidden and not over crowded. Very well taken care of. Beautiful condos and our spot was very home-y and clean. The Murphy bed was a great option and the couch also pulled out just in case. The bed was okay, more on the firm side. I do recommend bringing your own pillows and extra pillows if need be. Washer and dryer were a little dated but worked great! Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were super nice, very spacious. The view was blocked by trees but still wonderful and facing away from the road. The only downfall was that the listing stated the pools were heating. Both were not and were way too cold to swim in, that was the only downfall with having children.

Relaxing Beach Rental

My husband and I enjoyed our time at this condo. The beach is clean and quiet. The sunrises are beautiful. There were always chairs available at the pool. The view from the balcony was awesome. The condo's balcony looks across a yard to the dunes then the beach isbeyond that. Secluded from the action of the pool and the parking lot. Everything was in working order when we were there. The property is well cared for and clean. The location is great. There are 2 grocery stores within easy walking distance as well as multiple restaurants. We enjoyed the World Famous Oasis, the Saltwater Cowboys, and Hurricane Grill. There are a few breakfast spots nearby worth checking out especially the Parlor Doughnuts. We had a great time and appreciate being able to stay there.

Do not use the management company

Checkin was the easiest of the whole thing...but, that's because the place was a disaster. Was told that the place was clean and when we got they it smelled like CAT PEE....normally we go in and clean our VRBO anyway...so, we opened all the windows, doors, closests, etc...went and bought several cleaning items and started cleaning. We found cat poop on top of the hot water tank and under the master bed....all the linen smell like cat pee, washed all of the linen, found trash behind the Murphy Bed, washed and scrubbed

Disappointed

The unit was not cleaned well. There was dirt on the floor, dirty toilets and visible trash when we opened the Murphy bed. Pool was much smaller than depicted. Beach access is great but was disappointed with the unit itself.

Nice clean place

My biggest issue has to do with my fears but there are signs stating poisonous snakes around beware, well we saw 2 rattlesnakes while we were there and that did it for us. Also the bathroom sink is not draining properly but everything was clean in the condo.

Nice apartment on the beach

The complex is a perhaps a little tired (lift not working properly, very minor plumbing issues), but it is still a great place to spend a week right on the beach. All the facilities are in place, and it is close to restaurants, supermarkets etc. The beach is superb! Overall, really great value, and we will be happy to go back.

The condo was as described, ocean view from balcony was just as advertised. It's an older place, showing its age but overall a good find. The main toilet didn't work but we made do with one.

Great Stay

Highly recommend not only St Augustine Beach and Tennis #323, but also Vacation Rentals Beach Properties, who had courteous staff, and helped us work thru a small check in error. The property was beautiful, clean, and well cared for. The beach was perfect and not overcrowded. Perfect Stay!
