The location is fantastic for an easy stroll to historic district one way, a distillery/restaurant another way, & beautiful neighborhoods along the route. The beach is about 5 miles away, simple to drive to. Casa Coquina is lovely, immaculately cared for, well equipped, & very comfortable. They even have beach chairs, umbrellas, & towels! We enjoyed our home base immensely.

The house was exactly as photographed with a few nice surprises. A Christmas tree in the living room corner, Christmas dishes in the kitchen cupboard and vibrant, healthy houseplants in several of the rooms. Every possible need was within arm's reach. The house was incredibly clean and furnished so lovely. We enjoyed the front porch morning, noon and night. We walked to downtown everyday and found the neighborhood safe and friendly.

This was a great house for our family vacation in St. Augustine. There were 6 of us, all adults, and we all had plenty of room to spread out. The house is a beautiful old craftsman style house, with all the modern conveniences. We especially loved drinking coffee on the front porch and having contests on the putting green in the backyard. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and it's a couple minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk to the historic district. We would definitely stay here again!

Just a phenominal property. Communication from the host made checkin a breeze, and the house was so comfortable and well appointed - providing modern function while preserving the character and style of decades past. The kitchen was perfectly equipped - since we had 6 family members, we cooked breakfast each morning to allow everyone to get ready for the day in St. Augustine at their own pace. The backyard putting green was a big hit with my 2 grandsons (and son-in-law) and inspired several friendly competitions among them. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful, and conveniently located - about a 10 minute drive to the Old City and 30 minutes or less to St. Augustine Beach. The three bedrooms are situated to allow ample privacy and comfort, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was wonderful. The only suggestion we have is to provide better seating in the living room. A nice sectional would provide more seating & also more comfortable seating. We loved everything else & would choose to stay in your home again!

The house was perfect for our girls' weekend. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well-appointed, and perfect for our breakfasts and happy hours. We left our cars parked and Ubered downtown to avoid parking hassles and the house was perfectly located for that. The backyard area was comfortable and a very enjoyable place to gather on a breezy evening. The house is clean and the decor is warm and lovely.

3 friends of a mature age;) had a lovely stay at Casa Coquina! We enjoyed the privacy of our own spaces and the shared spaces offered a little bit of everything. We loved the front porch with coffee and a puzzle in the morning; catching glimpses of dogs and their walkers was a bonus.

Absolute delight

Five family members from Maine and Alaska gathered in this beautiful house for two weeks of togetherness and exploration. Everything about this rental was far more than we had anticipated, with all details of the highest caliber. We loved the old-Florida neighborhood and walked everywhere, even into the Old City. Great house

This house was amazing. Immaculately clean and well stocked. It also had great personality. We used the front porch, backyard, the little putting green and fire pit. The backyard was private and comfortable - a great way to sit and relax at the end of the day. Until we took a tour in St. Augustine we didn't realize how walkable the property is to many places in St. Augustine. Despite a few minor hiccups the owner and property manager were pleasant and responsive. We appreciated their support. This property is a gem
