With renovations completed in December, Ocean Villas 25 features a fully stocked kitchen with all new cabinets and countertops, breakfast bar with stool seating for six. Three bedrooms are designed with guests in mind. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a large screen TV, and is attached to a completely remodeled modern bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanities. Step out onto the back patio from the master and enjoy beachside pool views. The two additional bedrooms are each equipped with king beds and are located next to another newly renovated bathroom with double vanities. Each of the bedrooms and are comfortably furnished and outfitted with fresh, crisp linens. Bathrooms are supplied with soft towels and showering amenities. Throughout the condo, you will find a soft, beach theme, and modern convenience.

Ocean Villas complex is ideally located within walking distance of the Golden Mile Beach strip with local beach and surf shops, restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, and activities like putt-putt, and the Pier Park. You will find grocery stores where you can stock up for the week only two minute's drive down the road. The complex is family oriented and is gated for extra security. Walkways boast manicured grounds and lead to two pools, a heated lagoon pool with surrounding boardwalk, and the beach pool, located just behind this unit. A private boardwalk takes you to gorgeous dunes and white sands where you can enjoy swimming, sunning, surfing, and walking. **PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval. 2 dogs max allowed by the complex.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
