So much better than the pictures are able to show

This home has everything! Our stay was extremely pleasant with beautiful furnishings and decorating, comfortable bedding and all the amenities you could need or want. From bottle openers to a washer- dryer, there was nothing that we needed to have all the comforts of home. Wifi, TV's, puzzles, patio furniture and boogie boards, this vacation paradise has it all. (OK, Bring your fishing poles!) The air conditioning worked extremely well and we were comfortable sleeping through the night. Having coffee on your bedroom balcony was truly a treat.The beach in front of the property is wide, clean and full of friendly people. The aqua green beach waters have a large, kid friendly, shallow area for wading. From the booking in the beginning through the time of our stay, the management personnel were quick to respond to every question and were VERY accommodating.I am booking online now for our families stay next year!

Beautiful setting

Perfect location and accommodations were great for our stay. Towels and linens were very clean and nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we did prepare all of our meals on site. Beach access was easy. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc., were available. Overall stay was excellent.

Awesome beach rental!

This is a very comfortable place! It was clean. Easy beach access just over the dune. Perfect view from balcony and beach front decks. Must be able to climb stairs to get into condo and upto bedrooms. Great kitchen. Nice location! Property management was awesome too!

A Relaxing New Year’s Stay at Summer Breeze Wren Beach

We had a lovely week at Summer Breeze Wren Beach over New Year's. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right on the beach, making it so convenient to step outside and enjoy the ocean. The house is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable, which made for restful nights.While the home could use a little updating here and there, everything was functional, and it had a cozy charm. We did have an issue with the coffee maker, but the management was quick to respond and replaced it with a brand-new one right away—great service!Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beachfront getaway.

Family Beach Trip

My family and I had a wonderful beach trip. We were down on the beach most of the time, but the condo was clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the location! The only thing I would change is that I wish there was a shower by the beach access.

This was a beautiful condo that was nicely updated. The outside was pretty tired looking though but tough to keep up being on the ocean. The door code did not work but we called property manager and that was quickly resolved. Need to show unit letter in address. We really loved the unit and location.

Family Thanksgiving at the Beach!

Fantastic Beach Condo! Perfect gathering place for a family Thanksgiving at the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner. Dining and Great room combo was excellent as well. Amazing views for watching the sunrise from the bedrooms. Loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Great Time at the Beach

Our family had a wonderful time and the place was the perfect spot on the beach. It was nice to be able to bring our dog and not stress over kennel service. We would absolutely recommend staying here again and to others.

Great vacation getaway!

Velano Beach was amazing! Plenty of very close places to eat, the beach was clean and not super busy, and the house had fantastic views. The owners were very communicative and helped us work out bumps very quickly.

This was the perfect place for an extended weekend for my family. The kids loved being able to get in the water so quickly and my wife and I loved how close to downtown St Augustine you are while staying here.

Great Dog Friendly Beach Location!

Modern furnishings and well apponinted kitchen. Plenty of towels & linens. Phenomenal beachfront location with 2 beach view bedrooms with balconies and balcony off the dining area as well. This is a 2nd floor entrance with another flight from ground level down to beach. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The stairwell to the beach was under construction for the first few days of our stay, the oven needed cleaned (something in the bottom smoked up the place our first night there while heating a frozen pizza) and the windows could use regular cleaning...otherwise I would have rated 5 stars across the board. We loved the quiet location - which is only about 15 minutes to Historic St. Augustine. Check out instructions we're minimal and very reasonable. We are already planning a return trip!

Lots of construction going on. Was unaware of this and when asked property manager she simply stated she didn’t have to tell me. Found a huge roach)palmetto bug. which is a roach)running across the bathroom. Windows weren’t cleaned. Had to clean them myself to enjoy the view. Other than that, wonderful location.
