Older but affordable

Motel appears to be a little older, but is well kept and clean. Nice property grounds. We arrived in the middle of the night, so it took a few minutes to get someone to the counter, but other than that, it was a good night stay.

OK for a Stopover

Decent motel with nice pool and playground in center court. Dates but reasonably well maintained. Good beds. Right off the I95 but didn’t hear any highway noises in room facing the highway. SHOCKED that the bathroom door didn’t close (it looked like something yellow was stuck below it) and the cleaning crew didn’t report this. The “gym” is bare-bones. The breakfast offered mini-waffles, sausages, scrambled eggs and another egg concoction along with breads, bagels, cereals, yogurts, oatmeal and various beverages.

Good price. It is an older hotel that has been recently renovated. Nice pool area and play ground for the family. Easy access to I-95 and only 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and Flagler College. Would definitely stay there again.

Good Value

Check in was quick. Room was clean and we were offered a room on the back side so we were away from the noise from the highway traffic. Breakfast was also great, making our stay affordable.

Dog smell

The room was clean, but it smelled like dog. Wish they offered rooms that were need not pet friendly, so that people that were allergic would not have to smell the dog.
