When we got to the home, it was spotless!!! Thank you! My husband, daughter and her family stayed there. It was a quick walk to yhe beach, which we loved, and if we weren't at the beach...the kids were in the pool. The kitchen and dining areas were great. When we come to St. Augustine again, we will definitely stay here again. Daniel was great at answering questions quickly. Best experience. Thank you!!!

This house was a complete wreck! From the moment we walked in, we were disappointed and discusted. The house was not clean, there was lots of damage to furniture, walls, floors, fixtures, and so on. The couch was stained with multiple spots that looked like urine. The floating bed in one of the rooms was not mounted to anything and my son flipped out of it into the floor when he tried to lay down on it. The water faucits were caked with build-up throughout the house. The pool was dirty. Wheeclean it or move us, they were very unhelpful. They finally agreed to give n I reached out to the host for help to either com

The hosts were so responsive and even had a pack n play delivered the first night when we had issues with the existing one. The house was well stocked and the outdoor space with private pool was great for our week vacation. The beach access is an easy walk and not crowded. The house felt worn in (furniture, beds, lighting in bathrooms). The bathroom in the kids room is really wet and has a bad smell that flared up our allergies pretty bad. I think with a little TLC it would be an excellent place to stay. Space is great for the 6 adults and 2 kids we had staying.

Excellent Vacation!

This was our first time to the area and this rental property was wonderful! We hope we get to visit again! Any issues or concerns, the hosts responded quickly and had it resolved ASAP! We loved this home and having the pool was so nice! The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walking and biking! The short walk to the beach and proximity to St. Augustine was wonderful!

Celebrating a friends 70th BD. We all loved the back yard area. We really enjoyed the pool. The house was close to the beach, st. Aug and a Publix. The host responded immediately to all my annoying questions.

Great home

We had a great time staying here. The house was beautiful and very clean. It's in a very nice ,safe neighborhood and close to the beach. We spent a lot of time at the heated pool. The house was very well equipped with all the amenities you'd need. Communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend this home !

Beautiful house, great location

We stayed with our four kids and my senior father. The house is deceptively large, with plenty of space for everyone. The open concept and many windows gave the home a great ambiance. The pool was just perfect and the kids were in it as often as they could be. The beach is less than a five minute walk and we watched the sunset on the river side at night. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Family Christmas Week

Dan was very helpful at all times. The house was perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas! Close to the beach, restaurants and all attractions. Loved it so much we want to return next Christmas!

Family gathering

Our family appreciated the open concept and large dining area. The location is fabulous with a short walk to the beach. We cooked all meals and although the kitchen was stocked with basic pots and pans plus plenty of place settings there are few bowls, serving trays and no cutting board. Upon arrival We did have to air out the home due to the overwhelming smell of Fabuloso/cleaner. We would rent this property again.

Beautiful Home

When you open the front door to this home, it is stunning with a spacious wide open area that includes the view of the pool. Everything is new and modern with plenty of room for 8-9 guests. Our only recommendation would be to update the plumbing as the toilets do not work well and the showers have no water pressure. One shower was also out of commission so again, please fix the plumbing issue

This house is everything and more

This house has everything you need. We had an amazing stay with our family friends. Pool was perfect, each bedroom had some much room . The outside space was awesome with the fire pit and the putting green. Short walk to the beach and if you need anything groceries the Publix is literally 5 minutes away.

Comfortable Beach House Getaway

We stayed here for a last-minute getaway with our 10 and 17 year old. The house worked out really well for us, with room to spare (two adults and two kids). Super easy check-in and out. Everyone loved the open concept and bright/airy feeling. Our 10 year old absolutely loved the bunk bed room and having her own bathroom. The living room was comfortable for watching movies but we felt like there could have been a chair or two for anyone who didn't want to sit on the couch. The kitchen was well-stocked with basics like salt and pepper, paper towels, and all of the pots, pans, etc. that we needed (we brought specialty spices, olive oil and plastic wrap). We absolutely loved the pool and were in it constantly. It felt very private in the backyard. We used some of the pool toys from the shed. The location was fantastic and we walked to the beach numerous times (bring your own beach wagon, chairs, blanket, etc.). We did have a beach umbrella that we left for the next guest in the shed. The master was the only thing that could be improved on in my opinion (larger nightstands with lamps and a chair with small table would have been greatly appreciated (in place of the rope swing). We also appreciated having a Publix right down the street. We would definitely stay again.

A Cherished Memory

My family and I had a wonderful time reconnecting and relaxing at this beautiful house. It was so comfortable and accommodated all of our needs. It is close to the beach and a short drive to explore the town. Any questions I had were politely and promptly answered by the host. Definitely a vacation that we will cherish and look back on fondly.
