It took a while to get checked in because the desk clerk couldn't get logged into the computer. The room was fine except the bathtub had either rust stains or ground in dirt inside it. We prepaid for breakfast that was until 10am, yet got an attitude when we arrived at 9:15, being told we just made it on time. They only had a few meals to choose from and were out of a couple items so we were limited. My husband ordered and I said I would have the same thing, but when the food finally came out over an hour later, there was only one meal. The server stated I said I didn't want anything, which is not what I said. She was very rude the whole time we were there and argued about the mistake she made. We ended up having to go somewhere else to eat. The manager was nice and refunded our breakfast, but didn't make up for our waste of time. I usually stay at IHG hotels, but was quite dissappointed with this one.

Some things they don’t tell you - parking is NOT free it is paid $10 per night. I am not sure why the reviews and things said it was free. It was also so loud I couldn’t sleep. There is a super busy bar right next door and the hotels windows are paper thin you hear all the noise. The AC in the wall is also loud. I would not recommend for those who are sensitive to noise.

Staff was very friendly, Accommodations were clean and well kept. Housekeeping took some items from our room, so Mike, the night manager approved us a $100 refund to be issued by Expedia. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were attentive, but it clear that the hotel has seen better days in terms of the upkeep and property maintenance. I also did not appreciate being nickel and dimed over every service, including a $5 fee to park my car when parking was not an issue in the area. The breakfast was also very limited, and I did not learn that the meal was not included until I after I ate.Moreover, the price of the meal was a bit shocking, especially since I told them that I did not want bacon.

Front desk was polite and friendly. Housekeeping staff was also friendly. Parking was easy and location was convenient. Value was way overpriced. But it’s high season so it’s expected. They charge for parking on top of a high stay price which is uncalled for.
