A gem in middle of St Austell

A last minute change of plan saw us getting the last room available at the hotel. Superb friendly staff bent over backwards to make us welcome. A fabulous meal in the bar/restaurant and great value for money. Mikhail and Trisha were great at looking after everyone all evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel

The hotel was very good, the service by the staff was excellent. Parking, though, was not good. The hotel car park for guests was completely full even though few guest where actually staying. This meant i had to park a 10 minute walk away.
