Comparing this facility to places I’ve stayed on the West Coast, this place was a breath of fresh air. It’s good to see good people running a facility where you’re not only welcome to be there but welcome by their qualified staff at a very qualified facility. I love the spiritual references that reinforced the positivity that this country needs.

Very pleasant. We were about as far away as you could get from the lobby with no view ( cement wall.) Room was small but all else was well done. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was amazing!

Dog park onsite was a big plus. Never had a pet friendly hotel with this amenity. The front desk was very nice. Wish they had queen sized beds available in the rooms instead of double sized. Breakfast was included for guests and was better than other hotels of this caliber. Nice touch that you could order flatbreads and such 24/7, even though we didn’t use this service. Tub could’ve been cleaner. External ambiance was nice at the pool and around the hotel with plenty of outside seating. Also noted that they had family fun games available in the lobby area as well as pool towels.

This property surpassed our expectations especially for the price. We stayed with a toddler and dogs. The pet fee is very reasonable. Staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean. The pool area is beautiful with an outdoor fire table near it to relax. We were most impressed with the dog area. It was clean, well maintained, serene and nicely shaded. I would definitely stay here again!

Above and beyond my standards. Absolutely perfect!

I booked our stay as a stop towards the end of a road trip that I took with my senior mother and my two young children. I chose and booked the Pinemark based off of their location and their amazing reviews. After our stay I left this property with my only regret being that I only had the time to stay one night here. What an amazing hidden gem! The staff was super attentive, kind and courteous. The room was comfortable and very clean, the pool was luxury level (especially considering how difficult it is to find any hotel with a nice outdoor pool in the Midwest) and don’t even get me started on the quality of the free breakfast that’s included. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and motels in my traveling times and I can tell you it’s far and a few between to find a place that not only serves up high-quality (real home cooking) eggs, meats, and potatoes but then also goes above and beyond to make you feel at home by serving that free breakfast on real plates with actual goldware and real coffee mugs! I was blown away by the standards and customer service the Pinemark had to offer. After checking out, I hadn’t even realized that I forgot a very personal dear to me pair of earrings in the room, and within two hours of leaving, the staff had called me to notify me that I left my earrings behind and went above and beyond to get my address so that they could ship them home to me with no extra charge which I am beyond grateful for. Bottom line it was an amazingly perfect stay!
