When we got to our room, there were dead spiders and live spiders on our walls. No biggie right well I go to use the shower and there’s a used wash cloth and almost completely used bar of soap in the shower. The shower had pieces broken off of it. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room smelled like someone had been cooking liver and onion in the room! Called down to the front desk no answer so let the gentlemen at check out know. He asked why we didn’t report when we arrived? I said I called down no answer. Well needless to say it wasn’t made right by either Expedia or this property so we will not stay here again and we will be finding another way to book our stays since Expedia has let us down yet again. So don’t recommend staying here or booking with Expedia. Good luck!

Great value

Pillows weren't great, but that's my only complaint with the room. Sign said "Pool is now open", but someone forgot to put water in it...heh, heh. But a great little hotel overall! I don't expect a place this cheap to have a breakfast, and there's was small, but alright. Cereal, toast, waffle makers, juice, milk, maybe a couple other things. Comfortable, clean, cheap...nice!

Okay for a Qick Overnight Stay.

Room itself was clean and recently renovated. Beds were comfortable but pillows were not good. Microwave and refrigerator, but the fridge needed cleaning and there was frozen food from a previous guest. It lacks the the amenities of coffee maker, hair dryer, or face tissue box. The shampoo is in small pouches. The breakfast is very limited, basically coffee, juice, waffles, toast, and a couple of cereals. For the price, it’s an okay stay for a quick night’s lodging.

The facility was great and the service was fantastic! The only things I mentioned to the staff was our mattresses on the beds were old and uncomfortable, would have liked fresh towels delivered to our room daily and the trash cans outside were all full. The staff was very accepting of my recommendations and assured me they would be looked at and taken care off. Will definitely stay here again. Super convenient to all the things to do in Wheeling WV that we planned to do!

The room was nice and clean. I was a little disappointed that there were no vending machines. Had to get in the car and drive to a convenience store. The bed was not the most confortable. Every time I rolled over it would creak and I'm not a large person.

I'm giving this motel 5 stars respective of its price. It's an older motel, but has been renovated, and was much cleaner than any other motel of its price I've been in. The only thing I'd suggest is new sheets- while clean, they were a little threadbare. The breakfast was skimpy but did offer hot waffles which is more than I've seen in this class of motel before. Overall, it was a great choice and I'd stay here again.
