Was a cheap place, the phone wouldn't charge in the lamp provided,couldn't turn lamp off near bed, had to turn actual switch at the door for that to be off. Fringe was down so low milk spolied pop never got cold. Complained and the guy came to room and said it's cool and i said no it's not and we even lost our milk and he pulled the Fringe out and turned it up. It was not even half way up. Cheap cheap cheap. Phone didn't work to call them either. All plugged in and completely dead. Beds were rock hard. The neighborhood atound it was shady. Dirty. And just not a great area. At 228.00 a night without taxes. It's a nope never again for us.

The room was not very clean. Multiple food crumbs on the floor. A beetle in the bathroom. Stains on the sheets. A burn hole on the comforter. Breakfast was disappointing. Both coffee carafes were empty. Eggs were gone and sausage was cold. Waffle maker out of order. Pool and hot tub were not working.

Hotel was in disrepair. Pool and hot tub were closed. We had a jacuzzi room and the panel covering the piping was falling off. Bed was comfortable and suite was clean and quiet.

Pool was not available. Arrived early and understandably the room was not ready, told to come back in one hour and it would be ready. Came back over two hours later at 330pm (check in is at 3) and the room was still not ready. After only a 10 min wait they moved us to a different room that was ready. It was surface clean, a place to lay our heads for the night. The breakfast in the morning was carb heavy, no fruit, lots of bread, bagels, waffles, cereal, granola bars, Rice Krispie treats even. The waffles were good. Overall it was a place to sleep for the night at a value price, you get what you pay for but wish the pool was open! Staff was nice and kind, offered to cancel reservation but we decided to just stay and rest our heads for one night.

Terrible. We chose this hotel as it had a pool. We paid more for this reason. We get there and there is a piece of paper on the front desk saying "pool closed". Apparently it's been closed for a year. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Front desk told us they have no way of knowing which room is empty We were then given keys to a 2nd where the door didn't lock. Not very safe considering they don't know if a room is occupied. The only thing they could do was cancel our reservation. We agreed and went to the Travelodge down the street. It's been a week and they've not refunded me yet. Having to argue my case with Expedia customer service now. Do not stay here

This is a very rundown and outdated hotel. Staff was very hard to get ahold of and rarely at the front desk. Entire hotel was extremely dirty. Rooms didn’t appear to be cleaned well, if at all. Toilet was not cleaned from previous stay and didn’t work. Pool has been unavailable for months. Room had a terrible smell of dirty shoes/feet. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Convenient location just off the interstate. Staff was not accomodating when trying to adjust my reservation well before the deadline. Pool has been closed and no notice of this when booking or on website. Staff was rarely if ever at the counter and acted very put off when they did come to the counter to assist customers. Letting out a big sigh, eye rolling, walking away after waiting on the first customer of 2-3, or even sitting in the front room and watching TV and making no attempt to get up and assist them. Coffee and eggs were cold in the morning. Waffle mix dispenser did not work and no attempt to provide an alternative over our four day stay. No fruit. Writing all over the wall in room. There was a big event this weekend, so we could not rebook elsewhere.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Terrible customer service. Property was dirty, not kept up well and the most unfriendly and rude staff I have ever seen. PLEASE stay some place else. Would NEVER recommend here. Multiple families I was with had the same experience.
