What a fantastic house! I can’t recommend enough. We stayed with 6 adults and 3 kids and could have comfortably fit at least 2 more adults and 2 more kids - it was huge!! Great location 10 minutes from downtown St. George, beautiful surroundings. I went for a few great runs in the area. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, tons of towels and pillows, kitchen appliances and tools, shampoo and conditioner provided, everything you could need was there. It was just a wonderful stay, I would come back in a heart beat!

Our family met up in St. George at this lovely condo!! Siblings came from AZ, Las Vegas, and Utah and IL!! Couldn't ask for a better layout- we each had our own private King size BR with full bath, and nice TV! There was even a nice area with bunk beds and tv that would be perfect if there were kids staying. There was plenty of areas to sit and visit with 2 outdoor comfy areas and large living room. The long dining room table was great for playing cards and meals. The kitchen was well stocked with high end items and a regular coffeemaker. Parking with 4 vehicles was not an issue. We only ate at the restaurant at golf course once and it was just ok. We def would stay here again!! The A/C kept the place very nice and cool that made for comfortable sleeping in the 110 degree temps outside! Thanks for sharing your place with our family.

Great weekend

This place was incredible. It was way bigger than expected and everything was clean and organized. The 2nd story balcony with a fire pit was used every night. The pool was right down the street. It was an amazing stay and we will be back.

Fun stay at the Ledges

We had a great experience at the Ledges. It was beautiful and very clean and exactly as was listed. Great gathering/visiting areas
..family room, back porch and upstairs deck. It was so awesome to have bathrooms for each bedroom. It was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Sadly we weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool and other amenities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great property.

We walked in and were immediately impressed. The home was neat and clean. We loved that all the adults and older teens had nice king beds with bathrooms and had privacy. The little kids loved the bunk loft.We spent a night hanging out on the rooftop porch with the fire which was so nice. The pool closest to the unit isn't heated in winter, but the hot tub is. The kids wanted to swim so we went to the main pool and they loved it. Hot tub was nice and warm there too. We played pickleball as well. The unit had everything we needed for meals, which was great.It was a great unit, with beautiful views of Snow Canyon and we had a great time. Would stay there again.

Beautiful Home & Comfy Couch!

Great home and was very clean. The living room couch was very comfortable. The views in this area of town are stunning. It's off the beaten path but still within 15 minutes of everything. This was a golf trip so this home worked as a great option for our "base camp" before heading out for a round each morning. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay

The property was as advertised in the VRBO listing. It was perfect for 3 couples who needed their own bathrooms and some privacy but could gather in the common areas. It was very clean and communication was excellent. We liked the location near the trails of Snow Canyon. It was about a 15 min. drive to get groceries at Smith's or Digby's Market. We liked Digby's. We didn't use the pool or the local restaurant so can't comment on those amenities. Had a great meal at the Cliffside Restaurant. We would for sure stay here again.

Family Girls Trip

The girls in our family had a great time staying at The Ledges for a girls trip to Tuacahn. The house we stayed at was large enough to accommodate all of us. The pickle ball courts and pool provided entertainment for many. It was a little out of the way in terms of easy access for quick food and entertainment, but it was a quiet and peaceful location away from the busyness of St. George. It was also fairly close to Tuacahn, which was nice. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this location to others.

Amazing property

This property is perfect! With 4 master bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms it provides the comforts and privacy of home. It was so clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great Golf Getaway

This was the perfect spot for four friends to get away for a little golf. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and the cupboards were well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. I will definitely try to stay at this location again!

Fun in the sun

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The pickleball court was right next to us and the pool and hot tub was right down the street. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. We had no issues with check in or check out! Thanks for the enjoyable family time!

Five Star Stay!

We came here to spend Thanksgiving with our three adult children and their significant others. It was very spacious and far exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to have four King size bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The location was in perfect proximity to biking and hiking at Snow Canyon and only one hour drive to Zion. We all came home with wonderful memories of a great getaway. Highly Recommend!!

Great property - spacious rooms, en suites to every room, big kitchen and separate laundry, modern appliances and super living areas. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with outdoor gas fire and views to the mountains. As great place to stay as a group and highly recommend.
