Excellent girls getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The girls loved lounging at the lagoon and strolling around the property. The hosts were great. We checked out and someone thought they left something behind. We called the host and they remotely unlocked the door right away so we could get back in. Absolutely would recommend!

Great Condo

Stayed in this condo for the marathon. Great location. We enjoyed the lagoon and pickle ball courts. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed, including a pack ‘n play and high chair for our baby. Units in this part of the development are close together but it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here d as gain.

Not up to the high standards of 'Red Rock"

While the home was clean on the inside, the outdoor deck area was in need of refurbishments. The furniture was dirty and broken. I wouldn't even touch the barbeque. I asked for someone to fix the fire pit and they were unable to do so. In addition, the resort was overwhelmed by the number of guest and each of the hot tubs and the pool were closed for long periods in order to clean things up. This left us without access to these highly sought after features. This was a disappointing trip whose price point far exceeded other places where we have stayed with Red Rock Rentals.

Spacious Relaxing and Convenient

Everything was very smooth from booking to checkout. Comes with every possible convenience to make the stay comfortable. The separate livings spaces and multiple bathrooms made it great for our family of four and friends. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Place - Up and Coming Location

The property is great! The unit is very clean, and you can tell it's new. The neighborhood is under construction, yet the amenities that are available are accessible and fun. The unit provided accommodations to five adults with room to spare for children. It can easily be used to host multiple families or a large family gathering. We had a few minor challenges with locks, but the property management was readily available to assist us and was very responsive. We had two major issues with the unit that kept me from leaving a five-star review. Issue #1 - the pots and pans are old or very worn. Let's say that they are "well-seasoned." The stovetop is an induction stove top, very nice, and I think previous guests have overheated the cookware and it's nothing I would use at my home. Issue #2 - The walls between units are thin. We were awoken at 2 AM on our second night by a ball being bounced in the unit next door. The following night it was the same unit with talking. After speaking with the unit, they agreed to keep it down, but you could hear them walking up and down their stairs, etc. If you're a light sleeper, then you may have challenges. We really liked the unit and the amenities. Our surrounding neighbors for our visit were very friendly. We will stay here again and likely bring or purchase a pan and be ready with ear plugs for overnight hours.

Fabulous resort!

We loved our stay. The property is amazing. We loved the oversized hot tub right by the condo. The Desert Color area is so much fun. Loved the provided paddle boards, sand toys, high chair, and pack n play! It wasn’t very clean upon arrival and we had a few missing items but the owners were prompt about solving the problem. We’d stay here again.

The property was just what the photo's looked like. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The water pressure in the showers was similar to an old man with an enlarged prostate. Also the water temperature in the showers was lukewarm at best. The beds, couches, and kitchen were all very nice and comfortable.

Clean, Friendly, and the Best Beds ever!

Just as listed, clean and beautiful. Manager was ultra responsive and helpful. Best sleep I’ve ever had in a rental or hotel, I was actually sad to return to my home pillow haha. Great place for two families with dual master suites and plenty of space for the kids. Will definitely be back.

Fall Vacation/ House hunting

We came for a relaxing vacation after our son was married Oct 1. We also wanted to look for a retirement home. We accomplished both. Our rental was great and the pool was nice. Lagoon water was too cold for most there. Definitely would rent again.
