This is the third year in a row Iâve stayed in Landonâs RV while competing in the Senior Games. The ease of access, quiet neighborhood and proximity to the pickleball facility makes it ideal. I could come back from playing, take a midday nap, or sleep in when thereâs a late start. I arrived after midnight (when SWA delayed my bag) and Landon turned the outside lights on for me. Fun place to stay.
The camper was a great option for our family. We spent most of the time playing around town but it was a great place to sleep after a day of fun. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Easy communication and check in. Would stay again.
The location was perfect. We could be where we needed to be in downtown St. George in just 10-15 minutes. We enjoyed the glamping and the bed was super comfortable!
This is the second year Iâve stayed in Landonâs RV which I chose as itâs only a mile from the Little Valley pickleball courts. Very comfortable, easy access, no hassle place to recharge after matches.
A really organized property close to some ball diamonds and golf courses. Host was easy to talk with and I had no problems with trailer. I would stay againđđ
We had a beautiful time! The location was close enough to get to everything we wanted to see, but still a home-like area in the middle of the city. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Would stay here again!!
We enjoyed our stay incthe camper. The backyard is amazing, and my kids made fast friends with theirs. Melissa and Landon were so friendly, and i enjoyed talking with them. The camper was cozy and SUPER clean. The heater worked well and my kids loved the bunkbeds. Would def. Return.
I stayed in the camper for 3 nights. I was immediately impressed at the cleanliness of the camper. A little disappointed that the photos in the listing did not show it sitting in the driveway of the house. Little too close for my liking, however The worst part of the stay was when the camper had a general ongoing smell. Of black tank reminds me of vault, toilets and sewer treatment plants. That wasn't the worst of it though, there was a very horrible death. Smell coming from the sink every time you ran water down. On the last day, when using the shower, the drain was no longer draining.I'm assuming that the water tank in the belly of the camper had completely filled up and was not maintained... I wish I could say better things but I would not recommend staying here.
We were there for a baseball tournament and it was exactly what we were looking for. Great location and had everything we needed as a family! Place for the littles to play and in a very nice neighborhood that was quite. Host had everything set up for your own little camp out just as advertised! đđ
It was the perfect place for my son and I to stay while there for his soccer tournament. The bed was comfortable and we especially loved how warm the bathroom was in the morning. The hosts were very attentive and helpful when we had questions. Plus it was a lot cheaper than every other rental over the busy presidents weekend, so that was a plus! We enjoyed our stay.
I picked Landonâs RV for the week of Senior Games as it is located about half a mile from the Little Valley Pickleball complex. It was perfect for the early morning starts as it was a 3 minute drive.
The RV was great for a place to crash after matches. Even on the hottest days, the AC would quickly cool the RV. All the appliances worked perfectly. Extra blankets on cold nights. Landon was very responsive if I needed anything.
Cute and super clean trailer. My 3 year olds were absolutely stoked on the bunk bed style sleeping areas. Lots of storage for your things and very clear instructions on where everything was. It was super well taken care of and we really enjoyed our stay! It was nice how quiet it was around the area.
Took a quick fun trip with my dad and nephew for some sun and swimming. I knew we would be away for most of the day I figured it would be a fun place to stay. I was not disappointed! The RV was well kept and clean and spacious enough to us comfortably. Checking in and out was easy and even though the RV was on the hostâs property, we still had our privacy and felt good to know they were around if we needed them. Location was great and close to where we needed to be.
The queen bed was very comfortable and the bunks are a bit stiff. Plenty of blankets and bedding for our small group. Overall, the camper was clean, except for a black water/sewage odor that was occasionally strong. Water stains on all the toilet paper rolls added to the discomfort that this caused. A few ideas for the host, to further improve the guest experience: change out the frayed towels and try using fabric softener or a second wash cycle to remove their dingey smell. Add privacy covering to the bathroom window since it faces out to the street (maybe there is a pulldown blind I missed but privacy glass would be a nice touch). provide shampoo and soap for bathing. label cupboards and cabinets to help find things. when the sewage smell affects the comfort and quality of stay, offer a discount or partial refund. since we stayed on a cold night, it was necessary to keep the bathroom door open in order to heat the rest of the camper. this made it hard to contain the smell.
Our kids and their 4 daughters ages 2-11 just moved to St. George, so we traveled from Salt Lake City to visit them. RV was excellent for us grandparents, and our granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed visiting us twice and played in the huge, fantastic backyard with dogs and hosts-who even shared some just baked cookies. Hosts only brought dogs out upon requests from our grandkids. Otherwise they would have kept dogs in their home. Very generous host family.
The trailer was clean and ready when we arrived. It was a nice neighborhood to stay in. We have been to St. George many times and it so very nice to stay out of the main areas and away from crowds.
