Ready to have some fun and relax? Then you’ve found the perfect vacation rental in Living the Dream! This condo sits in the highly sought-after Desert Color Resort community and will give you full access to all the incredible amenities they offer. This unit is family-friendly with lots of room to spread out over its 3 floors and rooftop deck. The teenagers will love playing on the Nintendo Switch, air hockey table, or the PacMan arcade game while the adults enjoy evenings stargazing on the private deck next to the fire table. A stroller is offered at this unit when you are ready to walk over to the incredible Shores Resort pool and Lagoon!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
